A private deck extends your outdoor options, and the community also offers a pool and playground within the Sawgrass Golf & Country Club neighborhood. Please note: guests have access to the community pool and the neighborhood beach access point only — all other club amenities are private and reserved for resident members. There is no parking at the beach access point.

Vaulted ceilings and natural light define the open living area, where seating for six flows easily into the dining space. A TV, ceiling fan, heating, and air conditioning keep things comfortable through every season.
 
Kitchen & dining
The full kitchen is set up for home cooking, with a dining table and breakfast bar for flexible meal times — whether it's a quick morning coffee or a sit-down dinner after a day out.

A private loft office with dedicated Wifi makes focused remote work or study easy, giving longer-stay guests a clear divide between work and downtime.
 
Comfort & convenience
Washer, dryer, bathroom essentials, bed linens, hangers, iron, private entrance, and free parking for 2 vehicles are all included. Safety essentials — smoke alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit — are on-site.

This property is located within Sawgrass Country Club. Sawgrass Golf & Country Club amenities are private. Guests have access only to the community pool. Community beach access is via a beach access point only - there is no parking at the access point. No amenities are extended to guests other than the community pool and beach access point. Everything else is private for resident members only.

-Sawgrass Country Club is a private members only club. Club Membership does not extend to guests at any property.
-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details. These items are required to complete your reservation.
