Sleeping arrangements
The open-plan studio layout is designed for up to 3 guests. A king-size Murphy bed folds neatly away to create more space during the day, while a full-size hide-a-bed provides flexibility for a third guest. Soft linens, extra pillows, and calming lighting create a cozy atmosphere to wind down after time by the ocean.

Kitchen & dining
A fully equipped kitchen with KitchenAid appliances makes everyday meals simple. You’ll have a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and cooking basics ready to use, along with dishes, silverware, and wine glasses. Whether it’s breakfast before heading to the sand or dinner gathered around the dining table, you’ll find the space convenient and welcoming.

Bathroom & everyday convenience
The bathroom features a separate shower and dressing area, adding both comfort and privacy. A washer and dryer are tucked inside the condo for easy care of beachwear during longer stays. Essentials such as towels, soap, and cleaning products are available, so you can settle in without worry.

Outdoor living & community features
With direct beach access, you can move seamlessly between the condo and the shoreline. The community pool offers another way to relax under the Florida sun. Free parking for two vehicles and self check-in with a keypad make your arrival smooth and stress-free.

Comfort & essentials
Inside, you’ll have WiFi and an HDTV for entertainment, along with air conditioning, heating, and a ceiling fan for year-round comfort. Storage, hangers, and an iron are included to make unpacking easy. Safety features such as a smoke alarm and fire extinguisher are in place, though please note that no carbon monoxide alarm is provided.

Neighborhood
Set within the Sawgrass Beach Club community in Ponte Vedra Beach, the condo offers a peaceful setting close to local dining, shops, and golf courses. Whether your stay is for a few nights or several weeks, the combination of beach access, thoughtful amenities, and a calm coastal atmosphere makes this condo well suited for both short visits and extended stays.

-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details. These items are required to complete your reservation.
