This studio-style condo sleeps up to three guests with a king-size Murphy bed that folds away to open up the living space, plus a full-size hide-a-bed for additional sleeping room. Air conditioning, heating, and a ceiling fan keep things comfortable throughout your stay.

Living space & essentials
A dedicated workspace, Wifi, and HDTV suit both remote work and downtime. A private entrance with keypad self check-in makes arrival simple and flexible.

Kitchen & dining
The kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, and dining table, ready for easy mornings and relaxed evenings in.

Bathroom & laundry
The bathroom features a separate shower and dressing area, along with an in-unit washer and dryer for added convenience during longer stays.

Outdoor living & amenities
Unwind on the patio or balcony, or spend time at the community outdoor pool, open all year. Free parking on premises (2 spaces) is included.

Neighborhood
Set within the Sawgrass Beach Club community in Ponte Vedra, the setting suits relaxed walks and coastal afternoons, with beach access within easy reach.
Please note: this property is located within Sawgrass Golf & Country Club. Golf & Country Club amenities are private - guests have access only to the community pool and the beach access point. There is no parking at the beach access point.

-Sawgrass Country Club is a private members only club. Club Membership does not extend to guests at any property.
