Seven Coves is very fortunate to have an expansive (12,000 + SF) floorplan that accommodates the resident property owner being able to co-locate within the property confines, without any perceivable intrusion of privacy upon Guest Stay’s. Visitors are therefore, afforded immediate 5-Star customer service without any perceived interruption of their privacy during their Stay.

[[Per County rules, the owner now maintains residency in a very privately separated in-home suite on the east side of the Villa—isolated from primary guest areas. Guests enjoy full privacy in the Villa’s main spaces, including the bedrooms, great room, library, pool deck, kitchens, gym, saunas, and coastal gardens.]]
