Central location

Excellent apartment a stones throw from the centre of York. Such a warm welcome from Paul and Carol. Very well equipped, the bread, milk and biscuits particularly were well received. Very comfy beds too. Would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone wanting to visit York

We loved this flat!!!

My mom, uncle, and I stayed in this flat for two nights while vacationing in York. We absolutely loved the flat. It was so close to the city center, but also a couple of minutes outside of everything going on. The flat was immaculate and well-stocked with things you'll need while on vacation. We loved that there was a welcome package for us of bread, butter, biscuits, coffee, and tea. The flat is fully stocked in the kitchen and there is a washer/dryer machine (and even a towel warmer in the bathroom). Peter was so accommodating--we needed to drop our bags off early and he met us and we were able to do so even though it wasn't time to check in yet. We would absolutely stay here again!! The only two things that could use slight improvement: 1) the mattresses were fairly uncomfortable (you can feel the springs through the mattress) and 2) I tried to dry my clothes on a hanging rack inside the bedroom with the door to the garden--it was a little too humid in there so my clothes didn't dry, so perhaps try to do so in a different room. These issues were very minor and we wouldn't hesitate to book this space again.
