We enjoyed our stay great accommodations. The room over looked the tennis facility and a short walk to coffee shop. Would highly recommend and would certainly stay again.
This was a great place. We had a small issue at the beginning but the owner addressed it immediately and was very communicative. We liked the view of tie tennis courts and it was a short walk to the marina and the golf club. The kitchen was appointed well for our purposes. The cafe is within walking distance and they are very friendly there.
Great location and wonderful setup for our family of four!
We loved our stay at the Kingsmill resort! This 2-bedroom condo was quite spacious and had all we needed to be comfortable during our time in Williamsburg. Its close proximity to Busch gardens is awesome and we also loved walking around the beautiful, peaceful resort. We look forward to returning someday!
Liked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities, communication
The property was perfect for our family. The location was near all the attractions. My only disappointment was that we couldn’t use Kingsmill Resort pools. We also had to tell a white lie so that we could dine on-site.

The condo was well kept and clean. The furniture was comfortable and in great shape. The condo was close to Busch Gardens and Williamsburg. I would definitely recommend it to friends and family.
Convenient for visiting College of William and Mary, Williamsburg, Jamestown and Yorktown. Spacious and comfortable. The beds were comfortable, the master bath shower had great water pressure. The owner was responsive.
This little place was just as described at a great price. Everything was clean and the kitchen was stocked for a short weekend getaway. As we rode through the neighborhood, we noted all of the walking trails and golf courses; the tennis courts were right out back. This is a nice family resort with plenty to do. The owner responded quickly whenever I had to message him and was very friendly. We hope to return soon.

Thank you so much for the kind review! We loved how well you kept the plane and cleaned at check out. Come back soon! 😇
The accommodations for this property were adequate, with respect to kitchen utensils and necessities. Owners never responded to my request about check-in. They did alert the front security desk about my arrival which made check-in easy. No local/network tv options in the unit. Nice location, plenty of parking.

Weekend at Kingsmill.
Place was "clean" except dirty trash was left from prior visitors plus dirty towels in washing machine. 2nd bathroom was "shop worn". Broken toilet paper holder plus towel hook was falling off door. Bath tub was dirty and worn plus shower curtain was very old and not plastic liner. No wine glasses or wine bottle operner.

I have sent this entire review to our cleaning and property management and we are addressing every issue
The location is good. Its a very short drive to Williamsburg, Jamestown, and Busch Gardens. The development itself is large and very nice. This particular condo is first and foremost disgustingly dusty and dirty. The floors were swept, to their credit, but the amount of dust in the condo was overwhelming. They appear also to never change their furnace filters as they are completely clogged with dust and therefore the AC / Heat sounds like a jet engine. The floors looked clean, but were sticky like a bar. The furniture is quite outdated and old. The couch (sofa) had a sheet wrapped around the cushions. We did not peak inside to see what the sheet was hiding. I would strongly advise against renting this particular unit.

The couch has already been replaced since your review was posted. The floors are brand new and have been a hit with all the guests, except you. Filters are replaced regularly. Thanks for your stay!
We really enjoyed our stay in this Kingsmill condo. It is minutes from Busch Gardens and Williamsburg. It was so nice to have two nice sized bedrooms and two full baths. There was plenty of room for the two of us. The living room was spacious with comfortable seating. The kitchen was clean and stocked with the necessities. The bathrooms were clean and well appointed with strong water pressure. The grounds were lovely. I was able to walk down to the river and throughout the neighborhoods, plenty of walking paths. I would definitely stay here again. Booking, check in etc was very simple. The host provided all check in details before our trip, great communication.
The condo is in a great location. Close to all the theme and water parks, historical areas and restaurants. The condo was clean and the owner responded to any question or issue quickly. The condo is well equipped, beds were comfortable. The resort area has many things to do. Not all are available to a guest or if you are not a member.
The location was great to spend time in Colonial Williamsburg and Busch Gardens. The condo was comfortable for everyone. We enjoyed our weekend and would stay here again.
