The Space:

Soft winter light settles over the snow-dusted fairway as you take in the crisp mountain air and the quiet of the surrounding evergreens. Inside, the warmth of a wood-burning fireplace fills the open living area, creating a welcoming place to return after a day exploring Whistler’s winter trails. Evenings invite you to slip into the private hot tub, let the steam rise into the cold night air, and watch the peaks fade into twilight.



Living spaces

Spread across two levels, the chalet offers generous room to unwind with family and friends. Floor-to-ceiling windows frame views of Whistler and Blackcomb mountains, bringing the season’s snowy landscape right into the heart of the home. Natural stone elements and exposed log beams shape an inviting atmosphere, while enhancements added in mid-2021 provide refreshed furnishings, artwork by Stacey Bodnaruk, and an upgraded media room. The main living area centers on a wood-burning fireplace and entertainment system with surround sound, giving you a cozy retreat for winter evenings.



Kitchen & dining

The kitchen features a Wolf gas range, granite countertops, and a center island designed to keep conversation flowing as meals come together. Large windows overlook the fairway, offering a serene backdrop while you cook. The dining table seats eight and sits beside wide glass panes that catch the shifting winter light. A patio extends off the dining area, furnished for those who enjoy stepping outside to breathe in the cool air or use the BBQ grill, even in the colder months.



Sleeping arrangements

The upper level includes four bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom. The primary suite offers a king bed, fireplace, TV, and a private sundeck, along with a double vanity, deep soaking jacuzzi, and a glass-enclosed steam shower. A second bedroom includes a queen bed and shower ensuite. The third features a king bed with a combined bathtub and shower. The fourth bedroom provides two bunk beds, a TV, and a lounge area with bean bags and a sofa, giving younger guests their own space. A powder room is located on the main floor for added convenience.



Amenities

You will find in-unit laundry with a free washer and dryer, high-speed Wifi, and a dedicated workspace with a desk and office chair. Essentials such as towels, bed linens, and bathroom basics are provided, along with a mudroom, a safe, free parking garage, driveway space, and standard safety features including a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, and fire extinguisher. Heating and an indoor fireplace keep the home comfortable through Whistler’s winter season.



Outdoor living

Guest Access:

Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patios and balconies. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. A double garage provides parking for two vehicles, complemented by a driveway with space for additional cars. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.

Centered around the renowned Nicklaus North Golf Course, the area offers stunning lake and mountain views year-round. In summer, residents enjoy easy access to golf, Lost Lake trails, and the Valley Trail network. In winter, the neighborhood transforms into a serene base for Nordic skiing and snowshoeing. With a peaceful, residential feel and close proximity to Whistler’s amenities, Nicklaus North is ideal for guests seeking scenic beauty and quiet luxury.

• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbors, we have a strict no-party policy in this home

• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am

• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs

• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
