The Space:

Inside, the warmth of a wood-burning fireplace anchors the living space, inviting slow mornings with coffee and quiet evenings after a day outdoors. From the hush of winter trails nearby to the steam rising from the hot tub, the home offers a comfortable rhythm that suits the season.



Living spaces

Set beside the first tee of the Nicklaus North Golf Course, this two-level home is designed for gathering and unwinding. Natural stone details and exposed log beams give the interiors a classic chalet feel, while large windows keep the mountains and snow-covered greens in view. The main living room centers on a wood-burning fireplace and entertainment system, making it an easy place to come together after skiing or exploring. Downstairs, a dedicated home theatre provides a cozy option for movie nights and quiet downtime.



Kitchen & dining

The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals at home, featuring a Wolf gas range, center island, and plenty of counter space to cook and linger. The dining area seats eight and looks out toward the golf course, offering a relaxed setting for shared breakfasts or evening meals. Just outside, the patio opens to winter air and forested surroundings, with a BBQ available for year-round use.



Sleeping arrangements

All four bedrooms are located on the upper level, each with its own ensuite bathroom. The primary suite includes a king bed, fireplace, TV, and a private sundeck, along with a bathroom featuring a deep soaking jacuzzi and a glass-enclosed steam shower. A second bedroom offers a queen bed with a shower ensuite, while the third includes a king bed and a bathtub and shower combination. The fourth bedroom is set up with two bunk beds, a TV, and a small lounge area with a sofa and bean bags. A powder room on the main floor adds extra convenience.



Amenities

You have access to in-unit laundry, high-speed Wifi, and a dedicated workspace with a desk and office chair. Bathroom essentials and bed linens are provided, along with a mudroom for storing outdoor gear. Parking is available in the garage and driveway, and self check-in is available via smart lock. Safety features include smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, and a safe.



Outdoor living

The backyard opens to peaceful golf course views, framed by evergreens and seasonal snow. The private hot tub sits just off the patio, offering a warm place to unwind after a day on the trails or slopes.

Nicklaus North is a quiet area near Green Lake, about a five-minute drive from Whistler Village. Cross-country ski trails begin nearby in winter, while village dining, lifts, and shops remain close at hand, making it easy to balance access to Whistler’s highlights with the calm of a mountain setting.



Guest Access:

Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patios and balconies. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. A double garage provides parking for two vehicles, complemented by a driveway with space for additional cars. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.

Nicklaus North is a prestigious neighborhood located on the southern edge of Green Lake, just a 5-minute drive from Whistler Village. Centered around the renowned Nicklaus North Golf Course, the area offers stunning lake and mountain views year-round. In summer, residents enjoy easy access to golf, Lost Lake trails, and the Valley Trail network. In winter, the neighborhood transforms into a serene base for Nordic skiing and snowshoeing. With a peaceful, residential feel and close proximity to Whistler’s amenities, Nicklaus North is ideal for guests seeking scenic beauty and quiet luxury.

• No air conditioning. Fans are supplied for all bedrooms

• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbors, we have a strict no-party policy in this home

• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am

• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs

• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
