Situated beside a crystal-clear creek and enveloped by towering pines, this retreat boasts a prime location close to top-notch restaurants, exciting activities, and park amenities. Designed for both indoor and outdoor enjoyment, Knoll Creek features an array of entertainment options to suit all preferences. With 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, this spacious luxury cabin comfortably accommodates up to 19 guests.

• GATHERING SPACE
Upon entering Knoll Creek, guests are immediately welcomed into a grand gathering space that masterfully blends rustic charm with modern convenience. At the heart of this ground level is a stunning floor-to-ceiling double-sided stone fireplace, a striking feature that divides the dining area and lodge room, all under the watchful elegance of hand-hewn beams.

The lodge room, adorned with rustic décor, boasts an oversized sectional and chair, offering ample cozy seating for guests to relax and enjoy the breathtaking views through floor-to-ceiling windows. This space flows effortlessly into a fully stocked kitchen, where culinary creativity comes to life with seating for four at the island and an additional six in the nook. The kitchen is equipped with a six-burner gas range, two dishwashers to accommodate large groups, an under-counter icemaker, and a reverse osmosis water system for the freshest H2O.

On the other side of the fireplace, the dining room showcases exposed beams and beautiful lighting, setting a magnificent scene for meals shared around a live edge table with seating for ten and a settee.

The entertainment continues in the game room, located on the ground floor, where an oversized sofa, surround sound theatre technology, a whiskey barrel wet bar, and an icemaker create the perfect setting for enjoying TV, music, cards, shuffleboard, pool, and more.

For added convenience, the laundry room with an additional full fridge/freezer is also situated on the bottom floor



• BEDROOMS: SLEEPING ACCOMMODATIONS
The cabin features 5 king beds on the ground floor, a bunk room with 3 queen beds and 2 extra-long twins on the second floor, and 1 twin sleeper. It has 5 baths and comfortably sleeps 19 guests in beds.

On the ground floor, adjacent to the fully equipped kitchen, lies a master suite that embodies luxury with a king-size bed, TV, and a spacious bathroom equipped with an oversized, walk-in spa shower designed for two, offering a perfect retreat for relaxation and privacy.

Across the lodge room, a second master suite featuring a king bed, a cozy fireplace, a twin sleeper chair for additional sleeping space, a TV, and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower for two. Double doors from this suite open directly onto the back deck, allowing easy access to the tranquil outdoors.

Guests will discover two additional king bedrooms, each equipped with a TV, luxury linens, with bathrooms containing individual sinks and toilets, sharing a common tub/shower area. Remaining on the first floor, the last of the King bedrooms can be found with a full bath with a walk-in shower down the hall.

Upstairs, visitors will find a bunkroom tailored for both sleep and entertainment. This room houses 3 queen beds and 2 twin XL beds, complemented by a TV. A barn door leads to a large, private bathroom featuring a trough sink and a walk-in shower, completing the thoughtful design of Knoll Creek's sleeping arrangements.

Knoll Creek's outdoor space is a picturesque sanctuary, designed to maximize the enjoyment of its stunning natural surroundings. The spacious deck offers breathtaking views, complemented by the soothing sounds of a nearby babbling creek.

The outdoor living area is thoughtfully divided into covered and uncovered sections to suit all preferences. Under the covered area, an oversized sectional surrounds a TV and gas fireplace, providing a cozy spot for gatherings. A foosball table adds a touch of fun and competition to the mix. This area also includes a dining space that can accommodate 22 guests, alongside a built-in outdoor kitchen complete with a sink, grill, and trash facilities, making outdoor dining both convenient and enjoyable.

In the uncovered section, lounging chairs invite guests to relax and immerse themselves in the beauty of nature. Descending from the deck, a gazebo and an 8-person hot tub overlooking the creek offer an idyllic retreat for unwinding and taking in the scenic views, with the addition of 5 bar top seats for extra relaxation.

Further exploration leads to the creek and a fire pit surrounded by chairs, where guests can enjoy the tranquil sounds of nature and the warmth of a fire.
