The villas at Ocean Dunes are professionally managed by Vacation Time of Hilton Head and are best rented directly through our website.

Welcome to Ocean Dunes 219!! With a spectacular view of the Atlantic Ocean from the oceanfront balcony, this villa is just 70 yards to the beach and steps to the oceanfront pool. It is ideally located to help make your vacation enjoyable and memorable! This second floor villa, accessible by elevator, was completely renovated in February, 2020.

Renovations included quartz counter-tops, new cabinetry, appliances, flooring, new furnishings, flat screen TV’s and artwork. The freshly painted villa comfortably, ideal for a couple with a king size bed in the bedroom.

Each unit in Ocean Dunes has wireless internet service.

The Ocean Dunes, oceanfront pool is now a heated pool which will be open seven days a week all year long. The temperature will be set to 82 degrees, that is the industry standard. The pool hours are from 9AM till sunset.

Conveniently located within walking distance of the shops, restaurants, shops and galleries at Coligny Plaza. Guests enjoy access to the Hilton's Oceanside Bar and Grill as well as Starbucks.

Nice, quiet oceanfront condo. Small but modern and clean with everything you need. Would recommend for 2 adults and small child. Would be tight quarters for more. Excellent location.

Perfect Unit For The Beach

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This trip was an adventure. We have been coming to Hilton Head for 30 years and I have to say I guess for one thing we picked the wrong week. The weather was absolutely terrible. We had what I call a sand storm. The sand was blowing sideways across the beach. Great exfoliation for the legs. Then there was the rain and more rain plus 50-60 degree temperatures and the strong winds. We had to wear jackets most of the time. (this was Mother Nature she was in control). The pool is clean and well maintained and the pool temperature is perfect. The unit was nice and clean. It had almost every appliance, cookware, utensil you would need. One interesting aspect of our stay in this unit is last year we stayed in this same unit for exact same week and the price increased from $2186 to $2642. When I booked I was wondering what the improvements would be for such an increase. There were no improvements I could see so I guess it was "Charge customer to the limit". The unit next door was being remodeled so we heard banging on the wall and saws running. I guess you have to remodel sometime LOL it just happened to be our week. I was walking down our hall to the bedroom and to my surprise I came face to face with an exterminator coming into the unit. I think the mattress needs an upgrade. You kind of sink into a worn area from use, maybe it needs to be flipped for even wear. One improvement that I think could be made is adding a bar to touch or some sort of anti-slip material to the bathtub-shower. It is so slick it is an accident waiting to happen. This is a very nice clean unit. The view is spectacular and they have very nice balcony furniture with elevated seating to further increase your views of the ocean. Hilton Head is a wonderful place to visit and we will be coming back for many years to come. I would recommend this unit.

Rooms overlook the pool and out to the ocean. Our unit was very well equipped which made our stay even more enjoyable. There were lots of cooking implements, dishes and glassware for our daily use. The decor was modern and comfortable and made us feel at home!The registration and checkout were easy with the staff at Vacation Time. We have already booked to return next year!
