With an impressive catchment area spanning 32 square kilometers and waterways of 11 square kilometers you can enjoy all the benefits of this unique, tucked-away calm waterway. However, should you feel a pull for the waves, the picturesque Cellito Beach can be accessed via a boardwalk at the northern end of Sandbar Beach.

Great view

They undersell the property, there is an extra level and beds. Great having 2 living areas. Neighbours a bit nosey and close but otherwise great.

Spectacular view

We stayed as a family of 4, which it easily accommodated. In fact there are another 5 single beds available. The house is clean and kitchen is nice. Ever so slight damp smell but assuming it’s been closed up a lot over winter. Helped by opening all the doors. Upstairs and downstairs bathroom which makes coming back from the beach easy. The house isn’t luxurious but simple, clean and suited all our needs just fine. The best thing is the view. It has a wraparound deck with a full 180 view of the lake which you get sunrise over. It’s really beautiful. Woken in the morning by birds and a beautiful sunrise is perfect. You can walk down the Backyard slope to the lake and at certain parts of the day walk across the entire lake to the mouth of the ocean. Our kids loved it. Things to do, canoeing, SUP, boat rentals at Forster. 5 minutes to amazing beaches at blueys. There is a local baker, butcher and small grocery store. You would not come to this area for abundance of cafes as they are few and far between. The area is really beautiful and we had a very enjoyable stay here. You just cannot beat the view! Sitting in the morning with a coffee or afternoon with a drink was the best. Recommend- Would love to see a coffee machine here though
