TUI HAVEN is set in a tranquil, private and exclusive site with excellent location and handy to the numerous walkways and the local Beach. Our back gate opens into a Council Reserve called Walnut Grove on the edge of the Tauranga Harbour.
The Unit with its own lockable entrance and opens into a large dining/lounge room that leads to a separate double room with a Queen size bed and has all the home comfits. The bedroom has a window view of the back garden and a large beautiful aged Oak tree.
The Dining table has a window view of the back garden which has various interesting corners.
There is a fully equipped kitchen and a separate Bathroom/Toilet.
A lockable screen door is at the main entrance for good air flow during the hot weather.
The Unit has a heat pump for cooler climate and is nice and cool in the Summer months.
There are nearby Food outlets to choose from including Sushi Bar, Pizza Outlets, Indian Restaurant, The Running Bird Cafe, Charleez Chicken & Chips,' a great local Fish and Chip shop, The Alma Restaurant and The Local Boat Club as well as the Fresh Choice Supermarket. A new complex has just opened called The Village which is next to local Supermarket.
Various attractions include The Village Green - a gastropub, Robert Harris Coffee Club, Artisan Bakery, Turkish Takeaway, Studio May hairdresser, Majestic Nails Beauty and Massage, Laundromat, Boutique Liquor, Fruit and Vege shop, a Gym and various other new businesses expected to open.
