There are very few properties in Key West where you can walk out of your porch and on to a dock where your boat is. It is the equivalent of a Ski In, Ski Out Condo at a Ski Resort. It also is a protected bay with very good dock facilities, Fresh Water with hose, Cleaning Table, very good lighting. Private Pool for tenants. Close to everything you need. We were very satisfied.

The view from the porch was just lovely every day. We rented bikes and had them delivered for the whole week and rode them everywhere. The suite is a great location to go anywhere on the island. The rooms were nice, the beds were pretty comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped. We would stay there again.

Closets and mirrors in the bedrooms would be nice. Also a light fixture over the dining table. Overall was very clean and well equipped. Only downside was a large cockroach found in the hall bathroom.

Everything was as described, wonderful quiet location. Uber rides were great almost always showed up within a minute or two with a quick 5 minute ride to Duval Street.

This property was even more lovely than the photos! The grounds meticulous, the pool wonderful, and the lanai amazing for sunrise and sunset!!The communication with the management company was fantastic! They responded almost immediately with a few questions I had, was very organized explaining the check-in procedure, and especially appreciated them accommodating our early check-in request. We were celebrating my birthday, and condo was the perfect spot and size for 5 adults. The location was close enough to Old Town, but far enough that when we returned from shopping, dinner etc, it was peaceful and quieter than Duval Street…which was absolutely what we wanted.Highly , highly recommend this property in all aspects!!

Impressive view and very clean!

Could not have found a better place to stay! Amazing view, and all the amenities you would expect to have. We had trouble figuring out the television, but staff was there right away to help us figure that out! Check in and check out super simple …would definitely stay there again.

Songwriters festival

We were in town with friend for the songwriters festival. We want close to everything. We had it all here. On the water at the marina. Easy in and out of property. This was an excellent place to stay. Would recommend to anyone.

Girls Trip

The location is perfect for those who want to get away from the craziness but close enough to everything that a golf cart can get you there. For those who have never been to Key West I strongly suggest you rent a golf cart, it is an awesome way to get around and a lot safer than a car and also hit Amigos for the best taco Ever!!!!!!
