Great location close to Ithaca and lots of lovely sights nearby. The house was cute and cozy. Our toddler loved collecting eggs and feeding the fish in the pond. Michelle and her family were all very kind and accommodating. We had a wonderful time!

The cottage was cozy and decorated very nicely. It’s in a rural setting but not a far drive to Ithaca. We very much enjoyed our stay. Michelle is a fantastic host.

We had such a wonderful stay! This was actually our second time staying at this property, and this time we chose to stay for 11 days, which is the longest we’ve ever stayed in the area.The property was clean, comfortable, and ready for us when we arrived. The hosts were incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive to our needs throughout our stay. They took the time to show us around the property and were happy to offer recommendations whenever we asked, which made our visit even more enjoyable.It’s always a great sign when you want to come back, and we will definitely be returning again. We highly recommend this property and these wonderful hosts!

Beautiful farmhouse for family weekend trip!

A wonderful stay at the farmhouse for our son’s college graduation family trip. Plenty of room for us five, kitchen has everything you need including and just a beautiful location! The drive to and from Ithaca was easy and quick, and communication with the host was excellent! Thank you for a great stay!

Great visit to Ithaca

The property was a great home away from home for our family. We loved the central location and easy access to surrounding attractions. Property was clean and had a great style. Our three year old loved the chickens, swing set and nature that surrounded us. Would love to come back for another stay if we return to Ithaca.

Cute Cottage Getaway near Ithaca

This cute 2 bedroom cottage is set on a pet-friendly property that includes a sweet wildflower meadow adjoining a natural preserve leading down to a gorge. It's a peaceful spot just south of Ithaca and close to Treman and Buttermilk Falls state parks.

Peaceful stay

We enjoyed the peace and quiet of the area. The farmhouse had everything we needed to be comfortable. Loved that the property was on a nature preserve we could walk to with the dog! Michelle was a great communicator.

Amazing property and amazing host

The place is cozy and clean and a perfect garden hideaway. The host went above and beyond to help solve an issue I had so that my company could reimburse me for the stay, as I was traveling for work. If you have the chance to stay here, do it! You will have a lovely time!

Long overdue trip to our favorite city

We are very pleased with our rental during our stay. The property was as expected, if not better than we expected. Our dogs were very comfortable, as were we. The property itself is beautiful and was fun to explore. We would definitely stay again, or consider staying at another one of the host’s properties.

The host was very nice. Their house is right next to the farmhouse but still felt very private. We locked ourselves out of the house and the host's son ran over quickly with their spare key. We didn't have to wait at all to get back in. Also, loved getting fresh eggs and picking ripe pears every morning.

What a charming and unique cottage! It is an old farmhouse with a lot of charm. Michelle was an attentive host, too. I did not realize that there were 2 other units where other family or friends could stay. We loved it!

Family Vacation

We had a really nice time staying at the farmhouse gem. It was a great place for our family. Our son enjoyed feeding the chickens and exploring the property. We really enjoyed the peace and quiet. This was a great place for us to unplug and reconnect. My only regret is we didn’t hike down to see the waterfall! Hopefully next time!

November getaway

We had a lovely stay in the cottage. The wood burning stove and open layout created a cozy atmosphere for reading and relaxing. The rolling hills and wooded terrain were beautiful to behold. A short drive to Ithaca, we found lots of great food and culture. If you like to cook head to Wegman's Grocery. The well equipped kitchen made it easy to make a nice meal. we will be back!

A family retreat

My brother, niece and I had a wonderful, relaxing get-away, after not seeing each other for a long time. Perfect place to talk, cook breakfasts and dinners, play board games and hang out. We went for hikes and visited waterfalls. The cottage is out of town but very easy to get to, the perfect combination of secluded and convenient. It's not a large place but feels very spacious. Michelle is a great host!
