Cottage on Beachfront Estate property, central Hanalei Bay

This amazing and completely refurbished home is situated on a stunningly beautiful one-acre, gated OCEANFRONT estate property, right in the middle of magical Hanalei Bay. It is, in fact, one of the ONLY vacation rental cottages on beachfront property to be found anywhere on central Hanalei Bay. Air conditioning has been provided in both bedrooms for extra comfort. Private, direct access to the beach, which is only 150 feet from your doorstep. Hanalei Town is less than two blocks away- an easy walk for dining and shopping. Also enjoy spectacular views of our beautiful mountains from the cottage living area and screened-in patio. World-famous North Shore Napali Coast hiking trails are accessed 15 minutes from Hanalei. Boat and Kayak excursions also depart right from the Bay.

Wonderful cottage, perfect beach, and cozy community. The cottage is perfect for 4, quiet and clean, and appointed with nearly everything you could want or need for a great vacation. My family had the most amazing time at this cottage. The owners were very communicative and responsive to anything we needed, which wasn’t much. The kitchen was well stocked. The house was very clean. It was lovely to be steps from the beach and a few blocks from everything in town. Not only do we enjoy our days on the beach, but also the sunset walks, and also the nighttime sky. We’ve usually stayed in condos around the Princeville area, but staying on the beach on Hannalei Bay was a dream come true! Thanks Kim and Smoky, for sharing you’re beautiful property with us!

A gem in Hanalei

Smoky and Kim's cottage is a gem in Hanalei Bay! The location is excellent. It is close to the beach and a short walk to town. The cottage was very clean and included amenities that made our stay comfortable. My kids loved the outdoor shower! It was a perfect location for my family to stay during our Kauai vacation.

Hanalei Cottage

Our family really enjoyed our stay at the cottage. It's in a great location just down the street from the town of Hanalei and right next to the Hanalei Bay beach. The cottage was very clean and full of features to make our stay very comfortable. The outside shower was a big hit too! We hope to stay again in the future. Incredible house, location, and host!!

From the minute we were booking our stay Smoky and Kim were incredibly easy to communicate with. The cottage was in an absolutely perfect location and also very private. It has easy access to the beach and also to all of the shops and restaurants of Hanalei. It was the most user friendly rental we have ever had the privilege of staying in by far. It has everything you need for your stay and is incredibly clean and very updated. We loved everything about this cottage and look forward to staying there again in the future!!
