Really nice property and home. The sun porch was perfect on a rainy afternoon. Needed a few days of quiet and rest, and this really fit the bill. Easy drive to stores and downtown Milledgeville for a little shopping too.

A home that welcomes you with cleanliness and comfy spaces. One can see this house is set up for families to enjoy. We enjoyed watching sunrise from the comfy sunroom and listening to the birds! The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. We hope to return soon !

Great newly renovated home, pics don’t do it justice!

Our family, three adults and three kids ranged 8-14 years old had an amazing time! Property is super clean, cozy, and perfect for a smaller family gathering. Kids had a great time swimming and hanging out in the sunroom when they needed a sun break. Would definitely come back again and would highly recommend! Thank you!

So well stocked, had everything you would need. Very clean and updated. The sunporch was lovely. The only thing I would say is to put a blue flag out with the address 143A like the other houses on the road. The post with the number is hard to see and the neighbor was not happy when I pulled in her drive (143 B).

We had a great time at the lake-side home in Georgia. The accommodations were excellent and the house was clean and comfortable. We have no complaints. The dishwasher was full of dishes and glassware but this was not a problem. We plan a trip to the same location next year and will contact Evolve to set it up.
