Bella Vista Unit 4 - 19 Shoal Bay Road

Opposite Shoal Bay Beach

The perfect spot for a family holiday. This beautifully refurbished unit is right across the road from Shoal Bay Beach and only minutes walk to Shoal Bay's famous cafes, shops and restaurants. Coffee machine provided (ground coffee).

This 2nd floor unit featues an airconditioned open plan living area with gorgeous kitchen and spectacular water views from the loungeroom.

The main bedroom has a queen bed and the second bedroom has two sets of bunks.

Linen and bath towels are provided with beds being made up prior to your arrival. You will need to supply your own beach towels and personal items such as soap and shampoo.

The laundry at this unit is external / communal where there is access to a coin operated washing machine.
This property does not provide Wi-Fi.
Garage is only suited to a small vehicle

Note: This property will not accept school leaver or party bookings.
The Bay Holiday Properties reserves the right to add a Security Deposit to any booking at our discretion and at any time prior to check-in. You will be notified in writing of this Security Deposit. Amazing View

Cleanest place we have stayed in. Had everything we needed. Bed very comfortable. Walk to shops. Stunning view beach front at the quiet end of town. Loved our stay.

Perfect position

Within walking distance to Shoalbay country club & walk up to Tomaree lookout. Comfortable living area. No complimentary tea or coffee. Bathroom slightly average but would not stop Me from booking again.

Fabulous Shoal Bay location

Clean, well maintained and well-equipped apartment. We are a family of 6 and it was just fine. Perfect for a beach getaway. Beds a bit soft and no wifi- but this was a blessing in disguise. Great spot.

Beachside stay

Location location location - this sums up this apartment. Right across from the beach so you can come and go all day without having to worry about parking. Apartment is modern enough and well appointed with all linen supplied which is a fabulous bonus. Only negatives- It needs a working fan in the 2nd bedroom and it could be cleaner. It’s just a basic surface clean.

Beautiful escape.

Had a beautiful stay, never had to drive as you can walk and ride bikes everywhere! Only 2 things, it gets very hot in the bunk room as the windows don’t open wide and there is no fan. Also the shower seems to overflow like the drains can’t take the water flow. Wasn’t the end of the world as we managed it. I will be back again in the future!

Bella Vista indeed...

Great location, very clean, and very well equipped, once you arrive you don't need anything. The owners have thought of everything... including spare batteries for the remote controls, movies, books, etc. maybe the only thing I would probably change would be more comfortable balcony chairs and a sign on the stepping onto the balcony as it is quite deep (I actually had a fall) The laundry was a problem needing 2 x $1.00 coins, and a key, and still didn't work otherwise a perfect place even on rainy days, you can sit on the couch and see the dolphins swim by. we were very happy overall... Mellie and Michael

Great location, Great views

A nice, well appointed compact unit right across from Shoal bay beach. Fabulous waterfront views from balcony and living area. Renovated kitchen and bathroom. New carpet. Large comfortable sofa. Linen provided also a clothes horse and pegs. Communal washing machine, no dryer. It is up 3 flights of stairs so probably not suitable or elderly or toddlers. Perfect for older children. No aircon. but not really needed as you get the ocean breezes. No wifi. Would be good to have an Apple TV (or similar) so guests could connect to their own television streaming services (using own portable wifi).
