Casa Joaninha is a spacious 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom villa with its own heated pool and large roof terrace with sea views. The villa is located within 10 minutes walk from Carvoeiro centre on the edge of Quinta do Paraiso. The villa is fully air-conditioned and has wi-fi internet access.
On the main ground floor there are two double bedrooms (king size beds), both en-suite, and two twins sharing a third bathroom. Upstairs you have a master bedroom (king size bed) with en-suite bathroom and access to the rood terrace and a small separate balcony with sea views.
The lounge has a large leather corner sofa and opens to the covered terrace with a table and chairs seating 10 people. A charcoal bbq is found next to the covered terrace and a small outside drinks fridge is also provided.
The swimming pool is separated with a gate for extra security. The pool is standard 5x9m in size, has a shallow end and Roman steps, and can be heated for an extra charge of 150€/week.
The gardens are well maintained and there is a lawn area for children to play. The property is fully fenced in with electric gates. The location is residential and peaceful albeit only 10-15mins walk down to the town centre. A half a dozen restaurants and a couple of small local supermarkets are even shorter walk.
Pestana Golf complex, with two 18 hole courses and Carvoeiro Tennis Club are only 5 minutes drive away. Carvoeiro itself is an old fishing village which has grown into a small residential seaside town with a lot to offer: beaches, restaurants, bars, shops and different outdoors activities and sports, all without high-risers or big apartment blocks.
