The condo is conveniently located within the heart of Destin with dining, shopping, and sightseeing just moments away. In addition to easy access to all that Destin has to offer, this condo also has access to all of Silver Beach Tower Resort’s on-site amenities, including two beachfront pools, and much more. West 705 is the perfect place to enjoy a stress-free Destin beach vacation!

The couch even converts to a queen sleeper sofa to accommodate larger parties. The south wall has floor-to-ceiling windows that open directly onto the furnished beachfront balcony. The dining area offers seating for four with two additional seats at the breakfast bar. The fully equipped kitchen features full-size appliances and includes all the cookware and dishware needed to create memorable meals together. Right off the kitchen is the laundry room complete with a full-size washer and dryer.

The master bedroom has a king bed, walk-in closet, flat-screen TV, and private access to the beachfront balcony. The master bathroom features a jetted bathtub, walk-in shower, and double vanity. The guest bedroom has a queen bed, a flat-screen TV, and private access to the beachfront balcony. Just steps from both the guest bedroom and living area is a full guest bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Awesome oceanfront views. Great pool n hot tub area. Drinks n food at the tiki bar were good. Harborvillage area was just down the road. Will definitely stay here again.

The location is wonderful and the complex (Silver Beach Towers) is always clean but this specific condo needs a little love! Half of the outlets do not work at all in the living room and master bedroom and the toilet runs constantly even after being fixed. If you plan to cook at all, you will find other condos preferable in this building because the kitchen pots and pans in this unit are really terrible and there is not even a single spatula available.

We were completely blown away by this property and all of the amenities that it included! The managing company was super easy to work with and answered any and all questions we had. Will definitely recommend to friends/family and will stay again in the future!

First thing me in Destin FL

We had a great time for our first time to Destin FL. The room was great and the bed was so comfortable. The only problem we had was using the key to enter was tricky to get open. I would definitely stay here again!

Views are amazing!

This was perfect! Condo had exactly what we needed. Great size bedrooms with excellent views of the beach and water. Kitchen had all things you could need. Would definitely stay again!

Great stay!

The condo was so nice and clean. The view is amazing. We had a great time! The only issue we faced was the lock on the door is very hard to unlock. It took some finesse to open.

Nice and clean condo. Great view of the Gulf. Good location. Only problem was accessing the unit, the door lock was not working properly so it was difficult to unlock.

As promised

This was a remarkable stay for my daughter and myself. The property was clean, comfortable, and had a gorgeous view of the ocean. It was so comfortable, that the one rainy day we had, my daughter and I didn’t mind a bit because we got to hang out in our pj’s all day!

The condi was very nice loved the view and was will pleased, would rent again. If anything to the con was the door lock needed work was hard to work.

Lovely beach

The condo was beautiful. It was wonderful to fall asleep to the sounds of waves outside the sliding door. The view from the spacious balcony was gorgeous. The kitchen was a bit lacking. We had to buy coffee filter's to be able to enjoy coffee on the balcony. With that being said we’d definitely return to Silver beach towers.

First Family Vacation to Florida

Originally reserved condo was having maintenance done so we had to be moved within two weeks of our scheduled trip. Freaked out and disappointed, but Melissa with Compass Resorts made it right and we quite possibly had a better trip because of that! Thanks Melissa!!
