Our spacious villa set in an exclusive residential area of Villamartin (Los Dolses) is situated 45 minutes from both Corvera and Alicante Airports. Direct flights are available from most U.K. airports and a collection service is available. The property comes fully equipped and furnished with lots of extras is air-conditioned and heated and also includes free Wi-Fi. Local facilities include blue flag beaches, water parks, go-karting, horse riding, quad bikes, day trips via coach, shopping malls and well as the golf courses and shops bars & restaurants. The communal pool is exceptional and is in beautiful gardens with a segregated area for children. There is a small children's park 2 minutes walk. The bustling town of Torrevieja with its street markets is 10 minutes drive away. There is an end of stay cleaning charge in addition to our rates of €90 which is payable locally on arrival.

We spent the most amazing two weeks here.The villa is very well equipped with everything you need. Beautifully clean and a very comfortable bed.We loved having our breakfast on the downstairs terrance and the large terrace upstairs was perfect for having dinner and making the best memories. The plaza Villamartin was a short walk away with lots of nice restaurants to choose from.The beach at La Glea was a short car ride with shallow clear water perfect for kids and soft white sand.

Nice house In a quiet area

The house has a great location, near too restaurants, beaches and la zenia shopping mall. The large pool is great. The house has good equipment overall. We can recommend this house.

Beautiful and clean house

House was very clean, well equipped and beautiful. Pool was big enough for sport swimming. Rental process went very easy and everything happens on time. Welcome pack was really nice extra. Location was peaceful but still enough near of good restaurants and market. We really enjoyed our stay in this property.

Amazing, clearly loved, spacious and very comfortable townhouse. The upstairs terrace was a super size and the lovely furniture (and the fantastic awning) allowed us to spend all our time there once we had finished our daily adventures. It was hard to leave on the last morning!! Also the addition of the welcome pack meant that we could relax from the very first moment ...not having to instantly having to visit a supermarket to buy milk, water etc. this was so thoughtful. Thank you to all involved...there are NO negatives to this property!!

Perfect in every way

We really enjoyed our stay here ans we found everything just as described. You are minutes away from a large variety of commercial centres full of bars and restaurants. We had a car but walking or taxis gets you to most places. Nice big sun deck to soak up the rays with plents of seating sun loungers etc. The owners seem to have thought of everything you might need and provided it. Greeted at the property by their house keeper who was very welcoming and friendly. Overall a very good experience.

Wonderful Holiday

This is a fantastic property in a superb location. Just 50 minutes from the airport, we were met at the house by the agent. It's spacious, well equipped and the sun roof is an added benefit.☀️ The pool is big and very well maintained. Everything is secure with keys needed to exit the complex and get into the pool area which is reassuring and keeps the area private for residents. There are nearby restaurants and some shops, but we had a car to go further out. La Zenia beach was too far to walk - around 10 min drive. La Zenia has lots to do and a modern mall with good shopping and well known stores and eateries. We had a wonderful holiday and will be returning. Sue & Bill are great communicators and Michael, the agent, is very close by should you have any issues. Would 100% recommend. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Fin och fräsch villa

Fin, välutrustad och fräsch villa som fungerade perfekt för ett gäng på 4 golfspelare. Det var för kallt för att testa swimmingpoolen, men altanen på övervåningen var perfekt i solen på eftermiddagen. Gångavstånd till livsmedelsaffär och restauranger och nära till flera golfbanor. Huset ligger inte på huvudvägen utan har en infart "nedanför" den väg som vår GPS tog oss till.

Super vacances !

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans la maison de Bill and Sue ! Très disponibles pour répondre à nos questions avant le séjour, l'accueil de Ann a été super sur site ! Dispo tout au long du séjour. La maison est top, propre et très bien équipée...Nous avons tiré profit du Covid car peu de maisons louées et la piscine était quasi pour nous😉. Un grand merci pour ces super vacances !!!

Fantastisch vakantiehuis

We hebben een fantastische vakantie gehad in het huis van Bill & Sue. We zijn hartelijk ontvangen door host Ann bij wie we terecht konden voor al onze vragen. Het huis is ruim, schoon, zeer goed uitgerust en goed gelegen ten opzichte van zee en shopping mall. We loved it!

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans la villa de Bill et Sue. Très jolie villa et équipée comme dans notre propre maison : il ne manque rien !!! C est très rare !!! Tout est fonctionnel , très calme et l environnement est très bien entretenu et très joli aussi La piscine est très propre et juste à côté . An A* class stay

The home was exactly how described and shown in the photos. Having been to the area before, but never this property, I was keen to try something new. This did not disappoint and we will certainly be returning again in the future. The communication was fantastic which made our holiday run smoothly. It was very clean and close to all amenities/ supermarkets/ food outlets, etc. The Pool are is stunning and the local beaches are lovely. Thank you for such a lovely stay. Adam

The property is exactly as listed. Beautiful interior, which is very tastefully chosen. Lovely and clean with superb facilities. Just a 30 second walk to the pool which we had to ourselves some days. Ann, our contact in Spain was brilliant. We would thoroughly recommend!

Lovely stay at this villa highly recommend it was like home from home very well equipped and great attention to detail . Loved the rooftop terrace and the pool area was really good . Une fantastique maison familiale

Nous venons de passer une semaine de fin octobre absolument excellente, dans cette villa sympa au coeur de Los Dolses. 2 couples plus un enfant de 6 ans, aucun problème de cohabitation avec les 3 chambres, les 2 salles de bains et les 3 terrasses! Le coin salon/salle à manger/cuisine est très bien agencé pour ne jamais vraiment se sentir à l'étroit. Tout équipement électro-ménager est là et en bon état de marche. La piscine commune est toute proche, et bien qu'un peu froide à cette période de l'année, était très propre. Un petit supermarché à 5 minutes à pied, ainsi que quelques bars/cafés/restaurants. Avec la voiture, il y a la plaza de Villamartin ou le grand centre commercial de la Zenia à très proche distance. On vous recommande la zone de La Fuente (un peu plus dans les terres) ou le restaurant Los Cucolos (10 minutes à pied, cuisine traditionelle espagnole fantastique à prix plus que raisonnables). La communication avec les propriètaires Bill et Sue a été très facile, et une fois en Espagne leurs camarades Ann et John étaient disponibles pour quoi que ce soit. Nous recommandons cette propriété!

We chose our home because of the location and variety of amenities close by, there are also 2 airports to choose from Alicante 40 minute drive, Murcia 45 minute drive, for those not wishing to drive airport collections can be arranged.
The property offers something for everyone, 3 golf courses within 5 minutes drive blue flag beaches all along the coast some offering water-sports within 5 minutes drive, 2 waterparks within 25 minutes drive, restaurants and bars to cater for all needs and most importantly relaxation and glorious sunshine.
