Bright, Spacious, Well-Appointed, Short Walk to Beach, Restaurants, and Shops

Come and enjoy our home away from home. Our condo has 2 spacious BRs. The Master BR has a king bed with ensuite. The 2nd BR has 2 twins with access to a 2nd full BA. There is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room, so our unit can comfortably sleep 6. This is a ground level villa with a beautiful back patio for outdoor dining. Fully equipped, and newly renovated for a relaxing family vacation.

Our beautifully renovated villa is a short walk to the Beach, Restaurants, and Shopping at Coligny Plaza. With access to 2 pools and bike\walking paths, as well as one FREE hour of tennis per day at the Van der Meer Tennis Center.

We loved our stay in Hilton Head for Girl's Weekend! Easy check in and out. SUPER clean accommodations, well stocked kitchen, plenty of towels and comfortable beds and furniture. GREAT location to walk to the beach, which we did every morning. Plenty of shopping and dining options close by, too. We loved having the pool as an option to just sit and relax, which we did quite a bit, as well. Would definitely stay here again! Thanks for a great place to stay!

Awesome Stay

This was the first time we have stayed in this area of Hilton Head and enjoyed the closeness of all amenities. The condo was very nice and close to the beach. Additionally, everything we needed or wanted was close by.

Megan and Chris consistently communicated kindly and promptly, from booking to the last day of our vacation. The condo is beautiful and spacious, and incredibly clean. Not only does the property have two pools, one of them is just behind the patio. With three kids, this was so convenient. And it's so close to the beach and Coligny Plaza (shops and restaurants).Our family had such a wonderful stay here!

Perfect getaway

The listing for this property is very accurate. The owners provided everything you would need for your vacation to include some beach chairs and several games and books. We walked or rode bikes to the beach every day. We would definitely book this adorable place for a return visit!

We were there for our sons tennis camp at VanDerMeer and this couldn’t have been more convenient. We had lovely stay and enjoyed the condo pool being practically in the backyard. Highly recommend this place.

The place was amazing! We loved the location. Everything including beach, shopping, some restaurants and a really cute park/play ground was within walking distance (about 10-15 min walk). The condo was clean and the perfect size for us!

Our little family really enjoyed our time. It’s a great location if you can bike. We never moved our car! We bikes to the beach, the grocery store, and restaurants. You can walk as well. It’s just alittle far for walking everywhere. The condo was nicely renovated and comfortable.

Great getaway

We had a fantastic stay at Megan and Chris’s Vrbo rental! They were incredibly responsive and helpful with any questions we had. The home was spotless, well-stocked with everything we needed, and very comfortable—especially the beds! The space was roomy and just a short walk to Coligny Beach and all the nearby shops and restaurants. A great bonus: if you have Walmart Plus, they deliver right to the door! Highly recommend this place for a relaxing and convenient stay.

We currently reside in NYC, but love the change of pace in Hilton Head Island. We don't get there enough, due to our busy lives, but when we do, it gets very hard to leave! We love the leisure of the beaches, pools, walking/bike paths and of course the golf that the island offers. If you love the Ohio state Buckeyes like us, you will find yourself in very good company in Hilton Head!!

Why they chose this property

Our main floor villa is spacious-at close to 1250 sq. ft with an extended outdoor patio, it feels open and homey. It's bright and the rooms are all very large. If you don't feel like walking to the beach for the day, you can simply walk out the back door to one of the 2 pools in the complex. It's a short walk to almost everything you need including a beautiful bike/walking path, grocery stores, and restaurants. If you don't have to drive anywhere if you don't want to! :)
