Why they chose this property
Although in a very run down condition we could see that it could make a wonderful holiday home. In fact after we moved in we liked it so much we bought next door and did that up as well.
What makes this property unique
Hannaford's Quay although very quiet, is in the centre of Topsham and convenient for all amenities and shops in the town.
It faces South West over the estuary and gets flooded with light in the afternoons. Sitting on the balcony with a cold glass of white wine is a great way to see the sunset.
