A family owned self-catering cottage situated in the popular and picturesque village of South Creake, Norfolk. The house has been refurbished to a high standard. On the ground floor large kitchen, toilet, large lounge with TV and smart BT hub leading onto a private enclosed garden. There is off road parking for 3 cars outside the house. South Creake has a local village pub 'The Ostrich' , which the cottage is in walking distance to. The cottage is close to the sandy beaches of Holkham, Brancaster and Wells and is situated 4 miles away from the fashionable Georgian town of Burnham Market, which has great local food, boutique shops and the famous Hoste Arms Inn. The whole area has many local attractions and most importantly fantastic food and drink! Linen and towels included within the price. Wifi available. The local pub 'The Ostrich' is within walking distance and offers and good variety of food and drink. Dogs are very welcome.

The house is owned by my brother and I, we bought it in 2011 after selling our parents home who have sadly both passed away. We have spent a lot of time and money in doing the whole house up and modernising it. However we felt it was important to still keep a traditional feel, therefore much of the old furniture around the house especially in the living room is from our parents home. We hope that you feel at home here and enjoy the house as much as we both do when we stay!
Why they chose this property

What makes this property unique
We love the fact that the property is set back from the main road up a quiet lane. There are plenty of parking spaces. The village green and village pub are only a few minutes walk away, and the stream and pond are ideal attractions for young children. The house itself receives lots of natural light and all the appliances are brand new and of a high standard. There is outdoor space to the front and in the rear garden which can be used for relaxing and eating.
