Why they chose this property

We bought this charming cottage in 2011, spent 6 months renovating it to a high standard, and this is our third year of renting it out. We stay there ourselves whenever we can. We find it's an excellent antidote to city living!
We love this part of Devon, its remote yet accessible, in the country , but only a couple of miles from civilisation. There's loads to see and do here. I feel we have only just started to explore this part of the world there is so much here.

What makes this property unique

The whole of south Devon is on your doorstep with much to offer for the adventurous or outdoor types.
Alternatively, you can just chill out and relax in wonderful surroundings.
