5* Windsor Palms 24 hour manned and gated resort style community, south-west facing, Unique Conservation View (no rear neighbours!), Games Room, WiFi, Plasma TV, Private Pool/Waterfall Spa - if you are looking for that extra something - look no further, you have found it!

Renting our home gives you automatic membership for the duration of your stay to use the resort amenities, which include: a clubhouse, large Olympic size outdoor pool, whirlpool and spa, separate toddler pool, cinema, fitness centre, video arcade, basketball, volleyball and tennis courts, billiard tables, children's play area, picnic and BBQ areas, sundry shop, shuttle service to the attractions (small charge for shuttle service) and on site Tikki Bar!

Disney Dream Villa is a private family owned 4 bed, 3 bath executive air conditioned home one of only a few homes on Windsor Palms that backs onto a unique Florida conservation area, the view is spectacular and ensures privacy. Private extended 30ft x 15ft pool, underwater coloured lighting (a touch of Disney magic!!!), Waterfall Spa, Games Room, Compaq Computer with FREE WiFi and FREE broadband 24 hour internet access. Situated on THE premier resort style gated community in the Disney area 'Windsor Palms.'

Disney Dream Villa has been personally furnished throughout with love and care by ourselves to luxurious and consummate standards. The two master en-suite bedrooms boast king size luxury beds with pillow top mattresses and both benefit from their own TVs. We also offer an additional 4 twin beds, again with luxury pillow top mattresses. We have fitted fans throughout the villa for added comfort.

We offer 24 hour internet access which is included in the rental rate as is FREE WiFi!!! Plus office space, desk telephone, office lamp and the real McCoy black leather office chair all of this just goes to compliment our unparalleled accommodation.

To enhance you leisure time we have a games room with slate bed pool table and air hockey table, books and games are also provided.

Fully fitted and equipped luxury kitchen with beautiful nook area overlooking the pool. A range of equipment is provided including: oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, washing machine and dryer. Cooking utensils provided. Hairdryers provided (one large, one small!). Towels and all linens provided.

On the extended pool deck relax and unwind on our luxurious pool furniture, chairs, table and reclining sun loungers or enjoy alfresco dining with the gas BBQ (small additional charge for BBQ).

Range of baby equipment provided including portable crib, high chair. Night-lights are provided throughout the property for your children's comfort. The pool area is fully alarmed.

We’ve just returned from an 11 night stay in the villa. It was very much a home from home experience. The villa had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. All communications with the owners beforehand were friendly and responsive. The villa is in a great gated community very close to Disney and lots of restaurants on the 192.We are already looking at our holiday dates for next year and hope to book again.

Great stay

It was a great place to stay for my husband, myself and my daughter when we were in town for the aau national volleyball championship tournament. It was comfortable, cozy and plenty of space. We had the team girls over and they had fun in the pool and game room. Also there was plenty of space to have a friend who lives close by come and hang out and crash for the night so they didn't have to drive home late at night. Loved our stay. We'll stay here again when we're back in town.

House was as advertised. Plenty of space for the family. Kitchen had what we needed and the pool was awesome! Great location near stores and restaurants. Quick drive to the parks. Just an FYI- when paying note it’s in pounds so make sure you do the conversion because it’s more than we thought but it was worth it.

We didn't want to leave

There was only one negative to the stay, and that was having to leave. The villa is immaculate and with all amenities. Gated community is excellent, and location is close to everything you would associate with Orlando.

The house was very clean!! Tons of supplies for the kitchen, pool, bedding, and plenty of towels. Lots of garbage bags provided and easy to follow policies. Felt comfortable and safe with the gated entrance and keypad locks. All 6 of us had plenty of space and 3 bathrooms was a bonus. Pool felt great and my favorite part was coffee on the back patio in the morning listening to frogs and birds! I will be back again.

Great location for parks

We have been on vacation in Florida many times and choose this location for its proximity to the I4 and Disney. The resort is great for families with the clubhouse and the house was just right for our family of 6. We all had plenty of space and thoroughly enjoyed the private pool.

Beautiful villa, fully equipped kitchen, games room, very clean and tastefully decorated. It sounds obvious but everything worked - have had previous rentals with issues with aircon, pool etc but delighted to report no issues. Hosts were extremely helpful at all times and provided timely and clear instructions for checking in, access, community rules etc - much appreciated. The location of the villa is amazing - a quiet spot with no rear neighbours and woodland behind - at night during rain the frog chorus made it feel like a rainforest while sitting on the enormous pool deck and the odd viewing of raccoons and other wildlife was magical. My favourite Florida villa!

Myself and my three young sons along with my cousin and his little boy stayed here for a week. It was absolutely perfect. All children under the age of 11, so the pool was great. The host was perfect on communication. Made the process very easy for me traveling for the first time with my young children. Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay for our vacation. The home was beautiful and had everything you needed for your stay. Location of the home was also a bonus. Close to a lot of attractions but far enough away to enjoy yourself in peace. Perfect House

My daughter and I do a yearly Disney trip and this was our first time in this house. The hosts were extremely helpful in any questions I had and the house was wonderful, very clean and in a perfect location. We loved the pool and the conservation lot it backed up to. We both absolutely love visiting our home in Florida, it really is our 'Disney Dream Villa' that we are very proud to share with our many guests, many of whom come back year on year and who have become more like part of our own extended family. This picture was taken at Xmas lunch in the Peabody hotel, absolutely fabulous.

Why they chose this property

Richard and I love all the magic of Florida, there is so much to see and do, or you can simply relax, Florida offers us everything we and our family would or could ever want in a holiday home. Richard refused to except any other home, we bought off plan only when the Conservation homes we're available, he wanted the sun all day plus privacy from the rear, very important to an amazing stay.

What makes this property unique

We continually strive to keep Disney Dream Villa a home from home. Our grandchildren, 11 and 8, particularly love the private pool and the facilities at the on-site club house, and it’s sometimes difficult to get them away from all the nice things to do up there for us to “go out and about.”
Whether you choose Disney Dream Villa or another home, Richard and I hope that whatever you decide you will have a truly memorable holiday/vacation in what to us and our grandchildren is the most magical place on earth!
The thing our family really appreciate is no year is the same, whether its theme parks, water parks, the beach; you still have so much more you could do, nature reserves, authentic 8 minute rodeo's its all there.
