Nice property with a fantastic location. This was our 2nd time staying in the building and we're already looking at dates for next year. Overall nice place. There's some maintenance that we noticed (ceiling paint touch ups) that could be done but nothing that impacts the stay. We love it.

We stayed here from July 10th-July 17th 2026 and had a great time...condo was very clean with beautiful views from the top floor of the beach and gulf. The condo had evrything we needed for our week stay. Will definitely stay again. The owner Keith answered any questions we had right away. The beach sand is very fine like powder with very few shells.

When we arrived the pool was a comfortable temperature. A couple days later it was way too cold to get in and enjoy. I felt security of the property was very good. Our view from the balcony was great!!! Our condo was exactly as described and picturedWe would go back again. Great time!!
