Very convenient location

Had a great time in Nice apart from a little mosquito problem. The property was very handy for everywhere - transport, the beach, the old town and the shops were all within a few minutes walk. There is a catholic church just outside with regular services which we attended.We had good communication with the owner and were warmly welcomed by Karin who showed us around the property which is clean and well maintained. The living room and linen proviced are a little Spartan but has everything needed Less to keep clean and to break !! The property is also very safe with gated access and despite being so central was also very quiet especially at night. All in all it was a good base for a stay in Nice. The airport bus was on strike which is not unusual but information on alternative buses was available. The bus and tram are a flat fare of 1.50 which is great. We would use this apartment again if We visit Nice.

Great location. Clean, quiet apartment but literally only a few minutes walk into the buzz old the old town. Karin very welcoming and helpful. We'll definitely be back!

Peaceful Location, sunny-bright apartment. This nice 1 room apartment is located in a quiet and pleasant area, close to everything. Old Town, museums, restaurants, bus, shops and of course the sea and the lovely beaches.
