Aloha from the beautiful valley isle! We are proud to share our little slice of paradise with you and your ohana. This unit is located directly across the street from Kamaole Beach park II located in KIHEI KAI NANI. There are restaurants, shopping and endless activities with in walking distance. We provide 1 stop shopping so just grab your suit, beach towels and chairs that we provide and your day is set. This can be the fun yet relaxing vacation you have been dreaming about. And you deserve it!

The unit is well equipped with all the comforts of home. You will find the condo clean and cozy with a garden view off your large 2nd floor balcony. The location is cool and quiet with an A/c, dishwasher washer and dryer. Fully stocked kitchen to whip up a feast or just go cruise at the barbecue area. We purchased a high end sofa coach so the unit can handle a family up to 3. We also have a flat screen TV with free wi-fi.

The complex has a nice large pool area, many barbecue areas as well as shuffle board. Security is always on sight for your protection.

The area has everything you need. Beaches, surf, whale watching, sunset walks and lots of choices of shops and restaurants. Drive near by to golf and resort amenities. Maui provides many different activities and breath taking sights to enjoy. We look forward to your stay.

Good condo for the price

In the best part of Kihei in my opinion. Not the fanciest condo, but very good for the price, clean, and had everything we needed. The owner was very responsive and helpful with everything we asked for.

A week of Maui Wandering and enjoying the beauty of the Island.

Nice apartment, fabulous location, and tasty Mango tees!! The apartment was comfy, and private which was nice. The trees outside provide plenty of mangoes to make your morning smoothies or afternoon it's great with Rum. Be sure to see the whole Island....

The apartment served our purposes of being a place to come home to after being out and about all day. The pool was not heated.

Great place to base your Maui trip out of.

This was our first time to Maui, and I am so glad I stumbled into this place. It was a great base camp for all of the Adventures Maui has to offer. We went to a ton of beaches and some of our favorites were within walking distance from the condo (down the parking lot) the beach chairs, umbrella and boogie boards were a bonus. Kitchen was well stock with pots and pans, bed was comfortable and my kid said she slept well on the pull out couch. Bathroom was nice and clean. Shops and restaurants all with in walking distance. The owners are great and very friendly and responded to any questions I had right away. If (hopefully When) we go back to Maui, I will be booking this place again!

Perfect spot for a Maui vacation

I had the most wonderful time in this condo, it was the perfect spot for me and my two teen girls. It truly is just right across the street from amazing beaches and everything you could want or need is within a miles walk at most. The grocery store is a mile away but there are convenience stores and food and shopping all over the block. The condo has everything you could need or want, including beach chairs and umbrellas and towels if you need them! The washing machine was such a blessing. I slept on the couch and my girls in the bed and I’m sure I would have slept great if not for my sunburn 🥵 I absolutely hope to return to this condo someday and definitely recommend

Vrbo inaccuracy

When I entered “Maui Banyan “ on the Vrbo website, this property came up. This property is at the Kihei Kai Nani, not the Maui Banyan. This was not the area we wanted to stay. The unit was fine, but it was close to the outdoor smoking area. Sometimes they were out there at 1:00-2:00 am talking and laughing, which woke us and kept us up. I suppose we should have called security, but the security truck appeared to be in that location. Any noise travels easily at this resort

We surely enjoyed renting this condo since it is near the beach and other areas were easily walkable. The owner was very responsive and accommodated all our needs. The condo is in good condition and has a fully equipped kitchen. All you need are available inside. Some of the furniture are worn out but we didn't mind since it totally served the purpose. I have two suggestions for the owner. One to replace the matrass. For some reason both myself and my wife had some backache from sleeping on it. However, if other guests had no issues with it you can leave it as is. The second is the concept of charging for the cleaning. This was a bit of a surprise to us as usually this is part of the renting fee. Adding this fee makes the rate less competitive. Overall, we are very happy with our stay at this place and definitely recommend it to others. Thanks.

Slice of Paradise

Just left a spectacular 11 day stay in Kihei. The condo was furnished w/ everything you could possible need, including beach accessories! How nice to have beach towels, chairs an umbrella and even the boogie boards furnished. Condo was very clean and owners were easily accessible. Office staff were very helpful when checking in. Amazing location too. Walkable to the beach, restaurants and shopping. Also preferred being in the back and not by the noisy street traffic. Pool looks nice but we preferred the ocean. Couple of recommendations: walk to the beach across the street, once there explore the rocks on the left side. On days where the water is clear you'll see turtles! (one of our highlights). As you walk out of the complex there is a lot of shopping on the right. Bought some cool stuff from a store that sold items made by artists on the island. Don't forget the shaved ice too-Ululani's is superb. We were lucky enough to be there on the fourth Friday of the month and attended Kihei Fourth Friday. It was a lot of fun, good music, food and vendors-and it's free :) Make sure you check out the breathtaking sunsets too. Overall a marvelous vacation in the perfect setting. We will definitely be back!

Quiet and conveniently located but in need of attention.

Super need a window unit in the bedroom in addition to the main room to combat the day’s sun heating up the space which plays a huge role in our overall 7/10 experience. Couch and chair in living room is largely beat up and needs to be replaced but if you’re never relaxing in the condo, I guess it’s not a huge deal. Bed did not have a headboard and was not attached to the wall so we constantly found ourselves repositioning the bed while turning over in our sleep or climbing out of it. Prohibited my ability to charge my devices on the nightstand because the bed would knock the charger out of the wall socket. Space had a musty smell possibly from the furniture but the towels and sheets were clean. Beach chairs were pretty beat up and need to be replaced.

Great location for walking to shops, restaurants, beaches. Clean unit. Bed was not comfortable. A cleaning fee is charged yet we were responsible to launder towels and bed linens (and provide the laundry detergent) at checkout. Not enough toilet paper provided for a 14 day stay.

Living the Dream

The condo provided everything needed for a stress free holiday on Maui. The owners were quick to respond to any inquiries and requests. The unit was well supplied with beach chairs, umbrella, Boogie boards for the beach. The kitchen made our month long stay easy as it had more then enough utensils for cooking etc. We would book this unit again if we return.

Greate place!

We stayed for 1.5 months, I worked from the apartment, good internet! We liked everything, clean, quiet, everything you need for life is there. A beautiful beach across the road from the complex, 5 minutes walk. The balcony is shaded by trees, so the apartment does not heat up, the air conditioner was not needed, we did not even turn on the fan. There is a washing and dryer machines in the apartment! We met the owners, wonderful people, pleasant to talk to and very attentive! Thank you, it was great! We would like to come back!

Great Location and Clean

This is our second time to Maui and we loved Kihei area so much and came back. Heidi and Orrin have been great hosts since we contacted them. They are very responsive and helpful with answering our questions. The place is nice and cozy, it’s tucked away from the busy main road, which is nice. It comes with onsuit laundry machines and a little stool which were super helpful when we travel with my young daughter. The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials, a blender, a water kettle, and the coffee machine. We brought some of our own seasoning but we were quite happy with what they provided. The bedroom is nice and bright. Once we have all the windows open, the air flows from the living room all the way to the bedroom. We didn’t need to use the AC for the whole trip. March seems to be a more windy and cooler season compare to November. There is enough storage space in the bedroom for clothing. The only wish for us is to have a bigger and better bed/mattress. It’s a lot softer than I thought and I can see it needs an upgrade from the ripped side of the mattress when we took off the fitted bedsheet cover. The bedroom has enough space to invest a King size bed. We enjoyed the pool area very much. The beach waves are strong in March and my daughter prefers to stay in the pool. We also met many nice people by the pool side. It’s a very friendly and safe complex. Overall we are quite happy with our stay. Thank you Heidi and Orrin for another wonderful experience.

My wife and I stayed here for 7 nights. The condo is very close to the beach and very ease to get to other beaches. Room is very clean. The owner prepared almost everything for making food. What we like most is there was even a coffee brewer. Every morning we can enjoy wonderful coffee. That makes us feel like at home. Very nice stay. Wei stay there if decide to go Maui again.

A lovely unit in a well maintained resort. Love the pool and all the BBQ’s around the complex. Location is perfect as you can walk to beaches. The unit was well supplied with everything we needed. Bed was comfy. We would return.

Orrin & Heidi Cross are long time Maui residents of over 30 years. Orrin's mom moved from California in the 70's and this started the love for the island life style. Orrin went into the restaurant business in the Bay Area and soon moved to the islands to pursue his restaurant career. Orrin & Heidi met at the restaurant Orrin currently runs. I fired and married my Michigan girl. We have been happily married now for over 15 years. Orrin runs a large restaurant on the west side. Heidi has a plant business and farms up country. We wanted a place to stay closer to the ocean. We love the beaches in Kihei, and have wanted to buy a spot down here for years. Heidi has had fun decorating the unit to give it a nice home feeling. We look forward to our guests feed back and hope you all fall in love with Maui like we have.
