Perfect spot to stay in Asheville! You are in the heart of downtown with everything you might need back at the Vrbo! We walked to most everything with ease. Also we have been burned with not the cleanest Vrbos in the past but this was by far the cleanest one we have ever stayed at. We are saving this one for any returning visits for sure

This is a wonderful location if you want to experience downtown Asheville. The city is very walkable and the S&W building puts you in the heart of everything. For parking, you have surface lots and a garage behind the building, again very convenient. The condo is beautifully decorated, moody and cozy. having restaurant options on the first floor was nice for quick lunches.

This is one of the all-round best Vrbo properties we have ever booked! It is a great location for experiencing Asheville and surrounding areas. It is in a beautiful downtown historic building, is extremely well decorated, impeccably clean, and has absolutely every quality amenity a guest could wish for. Melanie is an excellent communicator, responds promptly, and quickly resolved an unexpected air conditioning issue in a very fair and gracious manner. We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation in Asheville and our stay in this exceptional property!

Great location - easy walk to everything downtown. Parking garage right behind the building and has electric chargers for EV (be mindful that the lot right in front of the garage is much more expensive). Unit was very clean and very well equipped - with extra towels, washer/dryer in until and kitchen supplies!

The place was very clean, beautifully decorated, and well stocked with everything we needed. Overall, our stay was great and we really enjoyed the property. For future guests, just be aware that if you’re arriving at night, the surrounding area leading up to the property can feel a little sketchy. Once you’re at the property, though, everything was great!

Very clean, well appointed, lovely loft space. We cooked one meal at the loft and went out others. I thought the fabric softener used on all the bed linen and towels was a nice touch. Location was perfect for everything downtown. We will book again when we visit Ashveille.

The loft is a beautiful apace and in an excellent location. It is central to all that downtown Asheville has to offer. Everything we needed was supplied and the furnishings were very comfortable and lovely. The host had great communication and answered our few questions quickly. Will definitely try to stay here again. The space is cozy, beautiful and convenient.

I had an amazing stay. The property is in a perfect location. Secure and convenient garage parking a short walk away. Amazing style of decor!! Such a cool place. Melanie was readily available throughout the stay and so helpful finding the property and throughout the check-in process. I can't wait to go back and wouldn't consider staying anyplace else.
