The beautiful Vila da Ladeira Village in the southwestern part of the island Madeira offers stunning views over the Atlantic Ocean and magnificent sunsets. The house is at an altitude of 300m above sea level, bedded in the beautiful landscape of Madeira's southwest coast.
One of the main attractions of this house is a large swimming pool with great views over the cliffs of Fajã da Ovelha. There are also other commodities that will make your stay in this House more enjoyable, such as a Telescope for bird watching and sightseeing, Ecological Heaters all throughout the house, Vacuum Robot, Towel Heaters, Automatic Sunblind, Your own bookshelf where you can relax and read any book you'd like, Bread Delivery Service and for your safety we have Fire alarms and Security alarms.

Two wonderful weeks in paradise

The two of us stayed at Casa da Ladeira from 26.08.2024 to 09.09.2024. We really enjoyed our stay from the very first day. The house is ideally located with a fantastic view of the Atlantic Ocean. The garden is beautiful with many different types of palm trees and is automatically irrigated. The pool is large enough and the sun terrace is very inviting. Nothing is missing in the house. The kitchen in particular is well equipped. The hosts are very friendly and extremely obliging and helpful. For us it was 2 wonderful weeks in paradise. Andrea and Bernd from Germany

Lovely to come home to

It's a nicely maintained, spacious, pretty well-equipped house, furnished in good taste throughout. The terrace area provides plenty of outdoor space. The view is as shown, stunnng. The pool is not huge, but good for a plunge on a hot day. The property is at the intersection of two country roads, immediately below the terrace, but they are not busy. Fajá da Ovelha is a thinly-populated area, rather isolated, so prepare yourself for plenty of driving, much of it on winding roads or through tunnels. Local drivers are somewhat prone to tailgating.

A perfect stay

Absolutely perfect. The house is very clean, all equipments, well located ( quiet place, in front of the sea, very good restaurants nearby) and the owner helped us in less than one hour on every inquiry we could have. Whenever you stay more than one week, the cleaning service on saturday is really a good thing. We recommend !

Lovely property in quiet location with great sea view

Very well appointed property, great place to relax and take in the amazing sea views. Only major issue was HomeAway’s erroneous description of property having air con, when it didn’t.
