Great little place - right on the water but close to Osage Beach area. The cove is very quiet which makes it great for swimming and hanging out on the dock. Although the house is small the space is utilized very well to provide plenty of room. The hosts were great to deal with and very responsive. House is very well maintained and well stocked with everything needed.

the property was very nice and cozy. my wife and I had a wonderful weekend away from home. the house was very clean and well kept. the property was in a great location close to everything. the dock was very spacious with plenty of chairs and tables. I went down with my wife for a relaxing fishing weekend, and that's exactly what we got. we caught a lot of fish, and enjoyed the nice quiet cove.the property owner was a very nice and accommodating, and very responsive to questions or concerns.i hope to make it down there again next summer.

Our family of four absolutely loved this place. It was exactly what we expected but even better. The place was so clean and Karen and Craig were so kind and helpful. If we needed anything they were willing to help. My kids want to make this an annual trip now. Highly recommend and we will be back!

This property is fantastic for small groups or a single family. You are right on the water with your own dock. It's a short easy walk to the water. We loved using the pattle pontoon! You are just far enough off the main channel that boater traffic is not bad. It has a nice sized kitchen and bathroom. The driveway is pretty steep and if you have a large pickup truck you will probably have to park up by the road. There is off street parking at the top of the hill. Overall it is a great place and the hosts were great! I would recommend!

Great property and would definitely stay again! Clean, smelled great, stocked kitchen, amazing lake views, great dock, and comfortable furniture and beds. The owner even made sure we knew where to find everything on the dock. Also a convenient location to grocery stores and restaurants,

We had a wonderful time staying five nights at Kozy Kottage! The location couldn't be better and the view of the lake was so relaxing and we enjoyed sitting out on the dock, and the deck and the stone patio. So many places to sit and enjoy the view! We thought the cottage was super clean and smelled wonderful when we arrived. The multi-splits kept the cottage cool during the heat advisory. The Wi-Fi worked marvously for us since we had to to work while we were out of town.

The perfect spot to enjoy the lake! The cottage is perfect size for a family, but the dock is really what makes this place so special. The hosts are wonderful and made everything very easy for us. Highly recommend.

Awesome place! Everything was great from start to finish. The location was perfect—close to restaurants, attractions, and other destinations while still being a comfortable place to relax. The property was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

Perfect little cabin for our girls trip! Beautiful view, great dock with diving board, slide and sunrise view. You are literally steps from the lake. The owners live right next door and were super friendly! They even let us use their side of the dock with the platform! We loved our stay and highly recommend!

Such a beautiful place to relax. Literally a few minutes from town, but feels secluded. Stayed here for bikefest and already booked for next years a day before we left, while relaxing on the dock. As alot of these reviews state, Karen, the owner is such an amazing person and exceptional host.
