A charming, comfortable apartment surrounded by a very large terrace. The amazing view, the quiet but the strategic position and the conforts that you can enjoy, will make your stay unforgettable. The apartment, which has 3 bedrooms (2 doubles, 1 single), 2 bathrooms, a small kitchen and a spacious living room with a sofa, is very close to the beach and it is within walking distance to the center of village, 10 minutes on foot where you can find all the shops and amenities. Nearby you can find the boat hiring service, the bus stop to the Five Lands, Lerici and Palmaria island as well as Portofino.
This apartment is perfect for two couples or a family with children.
Sun loungers and a little shower. There are two tables with chairs where they can enjoy their meal and the open air.
Dishwasher, washing machine, iron, fridge, oven and hairdryer are avaible for guest use.
It is not allowed smoking and to organize parties.
Only small pets allowed.
Two flights of stairs. theren is no lift.
Wi-Fi avaible inside the house.
During the autumn and winter (from 15 October to 20 April) it will be charged an extra cost of € 20 per day.
