Italien zum geniessen

Dieses grosszügige Haus mit schönem Pool und grossem Garten war ideal für unsere Familie. Wir konnten die verschiedenen Sitzgelegenheiten, den grossen Garten sehr geniessen. In wenigen Minuten ist man an einem fast menschenleeren Sandstrand. Das Häuschen am Strand mit den Liegestühlen war perfekt. Danke vielmals.

Gelungener Urlaub

Insgesamt war unser Urlaub sehr schön! Alle Urlauber können sich hier auf einen ausreichend großen Außenbereich freuen. Der Pool ist schön kühl und recht groß- auch für 10 Personen (4 Erwachsene, 6 Kinder) ausreichend. Der Garten ist sehr gepflegt, und 1xwöchentlich kommen Gärtner, die nach kräftigem Wind netterweise auch die heruntergewehten Piniennadeln vom Terrassenbereich entfernt haben. Die Schlafzimmer sind mit Ventilatoren ausgestattet, eine Klimaanlage hat das Haus nicht. Im Juli kann es deshalb auch im Haus sehr, sehr warm werden. Der Innenbereich ist - wie man den Vorbewertungen ebenfalls entnehmen kann- ordentlich in die Jahre gekommen. Es empfiehlt sich dringend, mehrere Mehrfachsteckdosen mitzubringen, da Steckdosen Mangelware sind. Duschen ist im Außenbereich zu empfehlen, da zwei der drei Innenduschen nur eingeschränkt nutzbar sind (in einem der Bäder kommt es wegen der sehr niedrigen Duschwanne sofort zu Überschwemmungen, die Duschhalterung im größten Bad ist nicht arretierbar). Die Spülmaschine ist recht klein und einfach, ebenso die Waschmaschine, aber beides funktionstüchtig. Insgesamt war es ein schöner Urlaub, wenngleich man einigen Vormietern Recht geben muss, wenn der sanierungs-und renovierungsbedürftige Innenbereich beanstandet wurde. Angesichts des Mietpreises hatten wir hier auf etwas, wenn nicht deutlich mehr Comfort gehofft. Das Anwesen hat insgesamt viel Potential, wenn man den Innenbereich einmal von Grund auf saniert und modernisieren würde.

Schöne Zeit in einem großen Haus

Wir, zwei Familien mit 5 Kindern haben eine schöne Zeit in diesem Haus in Roccamare verbracht. Es liegt in einer abgezäunten großen Kiefernwaldferiensiedlung am Waldrand zu einer Straße, die im Oktober wenig befahren war. Die Lage hat aber auch den Vorteil, dass man durch ein Türchen schnell zu einem kleinen Markt auf die Straße kommt um einzukaufen. Das Haus insgesamt liegt, wie in der Annonce beschrieben auf einem sehr großen Gartengrundstück mit einem sehr schönen und großen Pool. Das Haus ist funktional für alles was man braucht eingerichtet. Es ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Da oder dort klemmt es. Wer eine deutsche Kaffeemaschine will muss sie mitbringen oder zumindest einen Filter dabei haben um mit der Hand zu brühen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es empfiehlt sich ausreichend Autan gegen die Stechmücken mitzunehmen. Der Strand hat uns sehr gefallen. Er ist dort wild und frei und erfreulicherweise nicht an Liegestuhlvermieter verpachtet. Für kleine Kinder ist das Meer dort ideal, da man sehr weit stehen kann.

gut bis befriedigend

Leider alles sehr abgewohnt, Sauberkeit könnte deutlich besser sein, Eine Dusche war verstopft so das alles übergelaufen ist, Klopapierhalter in diesem Bad nicht vorhanden, Angabe Distanz zum Meer frech falsch angegeben (statt 500 bis 800 Meter sind es kürzester Weg 1,3 KM) für Familien ohne Fahrrad dann doch ein ordentlicher Fussmarsch, Grill nahezu unbrauchbar. Bei der Gartenbeleuchtung flog nach kürzester Zeit die Sicherung ( immer wieder!) ABER: in der Summe gut, schöner Garten, schöner Strand, die Verwalter waren pünktlich, freundlich und haben alles erklärt. Der Preis ist allerdings nicht mit dem Zustand kompatibel.

Schlechte Erfahrung gemacht

2 Zimmer waren nicht sauber, in einem der Betten hatte es Haare. Im ganzen Haus Ungeziefer. Kein warmes Wasser in der Küche, ab 2. Tag funktionierte der Geschirrspüler nicht mehr - ohne Warmwasser in der Küche ein Fest!!!! Das Wasser wurde in Ordnung gebracht, aber der Geschirrspüler nicht, was zu Bergen von schmutzigem Geschirr führte. Das Haus wird für 15 Personen angeboten, Stühle gibt es aber nur 9. Wir mussten drin essen und waren zum Glück nur 7 Personen, die Küche ist für 15 auch zu klein. Der Preis von fast 5000 Euro ist völlig überteuert für Nachsaison. Mehr als 2200.- ist das Haus nicht wert. Es steht zwar, dass es einen Privatstrand hat, nicht aber, dass der 1km weit weg vom Haus ist. Dort gibt es keine Dusche, man muss also schmutzig und salzig ins Auto oder zu Fuss hin und her. Wir werden es nicht weiter empfehlen!

Beautiful house with large fenced secure garden

A beautiful large house with a very large fenced in garden which was perfect for my dogs. The swimming pool is also great, a nice large pool. The house was well equipped with everything needed available. There is also an outside kitchen cooking area, perfect for evenings outside and several areas to sit and dine outside. The beach is also close by....just over 10 mins walk or a short drive with parking right by the hut and canopy. The hut had sunbeds available and we found the beach quiet enough in the evening to be able to let the dogs swim and shade under the shelter. A wonderful stay, thank you.

Wunderschönes Haus mit atemberaubenden Garten/Pool

Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen. Das Haus hat alles was man braucht, der grosse Garten mit den hohen Pinienbäumen bietet ausreichen Schatten in der Sommerhitze und der Pool ist für eine Abkühlung, auch für eine grosse Gruppe, gross genug. Die Gastgeberin hat auch unsere Sonderwünsche erfüllt- herzlichen Dank! Wir kommen sicher wieder.

Härliga bad med familjen

Hej! Vi trivdes väldigt bra i huset, både vuxna och barn. Stora möjligheter till utevistelse, äta utomhus i skugga, fin trädgård och framförallt mycket bad. Både i havet och i poolen. Trevligt mötta av Lorella.

Tutto perfetto! Villa vicinissima al mare con gazebo e tavolo sulla spiaggia super comodo! Giardino e piscina meravigliosa. Casa completa di tutto il necessario, cucina attrezzata con barbecue esterno . Camere pulite e spaziose ideale per vacanze con amici o in famiglia. Host gentilissima e disponibile :)

Vacanza da ripetere!

Meravigliosa casa con tutti i comfort, circondata da un bellissimo e rilassante giardino. Abbiamo passato una settimana di relax a bordo piscina, facendo lunghe chiacchierate e pranzi/cene sul grande tavolo di legno con bambini che giocavano felici! La spiaggia, raggiungibile a piedi, è poco affollata e attrezzata con piccolo gazebo e sdraio. Grazie alla proprietaria Lorella per la disponibilità e gentilezza! Vacanza da ripetere!

Unico neo... dover ripartire!

Dalla tettoia in spiaggia, alla piscina che ognuno vorrebbe, il parco a circondare la casa, il grande tavolo di legno per pranzi e cene in compagnia, la doccia esterna (tanto comoda da essercela litigata nonostante i tre bagni interni ) la cucina spaziosa ben dotata e con in più il lavello all’aperto per facilitare gli addetti alla brace. Vacanza perfetta ! Valore aggiunto Lorella ! Grazie di tutto Fanny & company

Gradevolissimo soggiorno

La casa è molto spaziosa, comoda e funzionale. Le fotografie non rendono giustizia al giardino che è davvero bello. La dotazione di stoviglie, pentole, elettrodomestici e asciugamani è completa: si vede che è una casa vissuta. Ottima accoglienza e disponibilità. Abbiamo molto apprezzato vivere in pineta. La spiaggia (forse perché in bassa stagione) non era affollata, il mare pulito. Penso che torneremo. P. F.

Villa molto bella

La posizione della villa è fantastica ed anche gli arredi sono curati con la massima cura. L'ampio giardino consente di rilassarsi parecchio a bordo della piscina. La casa è completa davvero di tutto.....Una ottima esperienza che spero di poter rivivere presto. Grazie Lorella.
