We had a wonderful stay and the home was beautiful with great views. The home was set with everything you’d need during your stay especially the kitchen being fully ready for all you would need while cooking and hosting in the home. Do bring your own pillows as most of the pillows were pretty flat. The only setback was the comfort of the pullout couches/futons. There is plenty of room for the # of adults stated to sleep in the home but once the actual beds are taken the futons and pull out beds in the loft are pretty stiff and uncomfortable. The home is perfect for 6-7 adults and the kids can take the hard beds. Overall, a great place to spend with your loved ones.

Beautiful, ample property with spectacular views and great interior lighting. Quiet neighborhood (which we loved) with HOA requirements (no off-street parking allowed). Well-stocked kitchen and plenty of fun games and activities to do on the property (pool table, darts, air hockey, hot tub, party games and puzzles). Close, but steep road access down to Dillon Beach. It was a perfect location for our family reunion of three generations. Highly recommend.

Great place for a family meet up. Loved the open plan and big dining table. Views were amazing!!! Kitchen was well-equipped.Make sure not to forget to return the parking pass. We did and thankful to the host for a timely phone call reminder which saved us. Host was great to work with.

The house was great. Very accurately described and also great views. The decor is so cute! The couches are comfy and the vibe is comfy! Amenities were great, towels, beach toys, there is a pool table in the garage, hot tub. The kitchen was so nice! There were extra sheets and towels! And it was so nice to have a fan in each room as white noise or to get some extra air, such a nice touch! The notes everywhere really helped. Also the game collection was fantastic. Also the kids room with toys was so nice!! I do feel like this host went above and beyond to make this house feel special. I would recommend that the cleaners get under the couches/beds and in the nooks and crannies! It was a little dirty in areas. The stairs are super creaky, but in addition to that the bed upstairs was super creaky. I don’t know if those things can be fixed but it made for a rough night of sleep.

The rooms were clean and spacious, kitchen very well stocked, did not use hot tub. Liked all of the different spaces in the house to allow for a variety of activities. The kids loved their room and the games in the garage. Beautiful views and location.

Great location for a family vacation

The house was thoughtfully laid out and very clean. Plenty of spaces for smaller groups with a kitchen, dining, and living space large enough for the whole family. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Lovely home in Dillon Beach!! Great kitchen/main room, nice bedrooms. Functional kitchen and relaxing hot tub. Easy 30 minute drive to Bodega Bay. Only negative -- WAY too many restrictions and communication from the management company. The binder was 40 pages. Everything was "DON'T DO THIS" or "XYZ NOT ALLOWED." Because everything had rules, it diluted which rules actually mattered and the interpretation is that they had been burned by messy/rowdy groups before, and therefore swung the pendulum back too far the other way. We had a running joke over the weekend and a betting pool on what the final fine would be (purely based on the fact that it seems impossible to stay there without incurring some sort of fine). It cut into how relaxed you can feel staying there.

Great Family Vacation

I stayed here with 11 other family members and this house was perfect for us. The community is still pretty private so it was a nice getaway for us. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone asking for a nice relaxing getaway that was perfect for my big family.

The stay was great! Our family had an amazing time. Great views and comfortable facility. Entertainment rooms for the kids. One minor unavoidable issue was the house had a lot of noise at night from the wind causing some rattling in the fireplace upstairs and the sliding door upstairs. Not anyone’s fault at all but could bother light sleepers. Host sent out the check in and check out materials and the visitors guide which were all extremely helpful and well organized. Wonderful stay and would recommend and book again.

Great house with incredible views~

We spent Friendsgiving here and loved the views and projector for a cozy weekend in. The trail to the beach near to the house was STUNNING. Highly recommend going if you stay here and the weather is nice.

Wonderful coastal retreat

What a great find, a lovely large coastal property, great views, clean and cozy, a lovely, practical living room/kitchen/dining area, plenty of space for bigger parties. Perfect seclusion if that's your desire.
