Really nice place. If you like a super soft bed that you practically sink in, you'll love the master bedroom. One very minor criticism: gas barbecue grill lacks grilling utensils.

I'm sorry you couldn't find the grilling utensils, I will put them closer to the grill!

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. It was spotless and nicely laid out. There were plenty of kitchen utensils . Could have used more mugs as we didn’t use the dishwasher every day. The patio was nice and quiet. I would book this property again!

This house was conveniently located to Springdale, giving us quick access to Zion National Park. We really didn't get to use the house except to sleep because we got in so late, but it would be perfect for a family. We were 3 adults and had plenty of room. The kitchen was completely stocked and well maintained. We did take advantage of the washing machine one night which was nice to have. I would definitely recommend this house to others if visiting the area.

This was the perfect spot for us to stay while we explored Zion, Bryce and Kanab. Clean home, comfortable beds, extras for us to utilize (fan, coolers, playing cards/games, laundry.) Host Eileen was attentive and answered all the questions I asked. Would HIGHLY recommend!

Unfortunately when we arrived the internet was out. Because of that, the electronic keypad wasn't working so we couldn't get in. However, when we called the owner she came right over and provided us the garage door opener for us to get in with. Also, there was no TV. The owner was very apologetic and did what she could but the internet was not able to be repaired for 2 days. She was kind enough to offer a partial refund, but we did not insist on that. Other than that the house was great.

Thanks for your patience and understanding and realization that I had no control over accessing the downed internet, which also included the TV service. Glad I could get it fixed during your stay And that all else was satisfactory to you!

Everything that you need for the visit is there. The kitchen had every utensil you need. The rooms were spacious and neat. It was great having access to a washer and dryer for the trip. Also nice to be able to use the garage.
