Luxury villa Quince is located in a small place called Murvica. The house is situated in an excellent location, only a few minutes drive from city of Zadar. Exterior of the villa is pretty amazing. Villa offers barbecue with covered dining area, terrace, extra-large heated pool (10x8m), sauna and jacuzzi. For those who like to be active during the holiday season, there is a gym in the house.

Unique part of this house is a tavern with a large wood stove where you can sit, enjoy and have a fun with your friends and family. Also, the summer kitchen is placed next to the swimming pool with 2 toilets.

Interior is separated in 3 units. On the ground floor are placed a large living room with 3 bedrooms, and on the first floor are placed 2 separated apartments. All units are air-conditioned. House is ideal for large group, it can accommodate up to 16 people. Everything is decorated in traditional rustic style. Dark wood dominates in the rooms with old ceiling beams.
If you want a place to relax with a glimpse of traditional Dalmatian life then this villa is for you.

Wunderbares Ferienhaus

Unser Aufenthalt war spitze. Am meisten Genossen haben wir die Außenküche, mit Sitzgelegenheit an der wir alle 14 problemlos Platz fanden. Auch der Pool mit seinen ganzen Liegen war echt spitze. Das Haus ist super. Das Haus besteht aus 3 seperaten Wohnungen mit jeweils eigenständigen Küchen und Bädern. Wohnung 1, 1 Schlafzimmer 2P und 1 Schlafcouch 2P. Wohnung 2, 2 Schlafzimmer je 2P und 1 Schlafcouch 2P. Wohnung 3, 3 Schlafzimmer je 2P. Vielen Dank an den Vermieter der sich bei jeglichen Problemchen sofort darum gekümmert hat. Klare Empfehlung!

Der Aufenthalt war super. Das Anwesen ist toll und genauso wie beschrieben. Die Buchung und die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter waren sehr unkompliziert. Wenn irgendwas nicht funktioniert hat, hat er sich gleich darum gekümmert. Außerdem hat er an einem Abend für uns alle gekocht. Alles in allem ein super Aufenthalt und empfehlenswert! :)

Der Aufenthalt war überragend! Ein super schönes Haus mit allem was man brauch. Da steckt die Liebe im Detail, es wurde an alles gedacht. Auch der Besitzer ist super nett und hat uns sogar bekocht an einem Tag. Wir werden aufjedenfall wieder kommen :-)

Tolles Haus

Wir waren 11 Erwachsene und konnten dank des schlechten Wetter das Haus super ausnutzen. Whirlpool, Sauna, Fitness und Tischtennis für jeden was dabei . Toller Aufenthalt! Für größere Gruppen sehr empfehlenswert.

Tolle Villa

Das Haus war genau so wie auf den Bildern zu sehen ist. Bei kleineren Mängeln (tropfende Klimaanlage, kaputter Kühlschrank) hat sich der Hausbesitzer sofort darum gekümmert. Der Hausbesitzer war sehr freundlich. Alles in allem haben wir unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Super Urlaub

Wir haben einen tollen Urlaub in Kroatien verbracht. Das Haus, der Pool, das Gym usw. waren super. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und sehr bemüht, dass wir einen angenehmen Aufenthalt hatten. Durch ein schweres Gewitter am Abend hatten wir für ca. 1 1/2 Tage keinen Strom. Der Vermieter hat uns sofort am nächsten Morgen einen Generator zum Haus gebracht, so dass wir den Stromausfall prima überbrücken konnten. Auch hat er uns einen Abend bekocht. Das war sehr lecker. Wir waren mit drei Familien im Haus und haben uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt.

Schönes Haus, droht jedoch mit der zeit zu vergammeln. Verschiedene Duschen Abläufe verstopft usw. Pool nicht ganz sauber. Sprudel Düsen im Pool funktionierten nicht. Herumliegender nicht entsorgter Unrat. Nur 2 Sonnenschirme, dafür mit defekten Bodenständer,(zerbrochene Bodenplatten) Aber im grossen Ganzen waren wir zufrieden.

Traumhafte Villa für befreundete Gruppen

Das Haus bietet mit den zwei Etagen genug Privatsphäre aber gleichzeitig viele Orte zum Zusammenkommen, wie der Pool, die traumhafte Outdoor-Küche oder der Whirlpool! Alles ist suoer ausgestattet mit Spülmaschinen, Waschmaschinen, Kühlschränken und Toiletten in allen Teilen des Hauses. Alle Ansprechpartner waren super nett, bei Fragen jederzeit ansprechbar und der Besitzer hat uns sogar ein sehr leckeres Seafood-Risotto gekocht. Absolute Empfehlung!

Stort hus med både pool och gym med bra uteplats med öppen grill. Stort gym med my ket grejor, dock endast 1 viktstång, både bastu och jacuzzi. Ligger lite utanför zadar, så bra att ha bil. Hyresvärden var jättetrevlig och svarade direkt om man undrade något. Missa inte att käka på restaurangen på andra sidan gatan, billig och bra käk.

We spend two wonderful weeks in this Villa. The House is modern and clean. Outside area with pool and Grill was the place we spend the most our time. Thanks a lot for a very nice time and great support during our staying in the Villa.
