Bright apartment 87 m2 near Lake Annecy

Come and discover our spacious and bright 87 m² apartment, comfortable and located in the center of the village of Doussard, which can comfortably accommodate 6 people.

Doussard is located on the shore of Lake Annecy, and is a place of excellence for family and / or sporting holidays: beach and water sports 5 minutes by car or bicycle, paragliding, mountain walks, nearby cycle path . Cities to visit nearby: Annecy (22 km), Geneva (64 km) and Chamonix (75 km). In winter, the first winter sports resorts are 45 minutes away by car.

The apartment consists of a large equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, coffee maker ...), a spacious living room and a relaxation area / TV. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and washing machine, separate toilet. A large bedroom with a large 160 cm bed, then a second with 2 separate beds, and a comfortable sofa bed (mattress 15 cm) for 2 people in the living room. The living room and the large bedroom are air conditioned.

You will have a rising sun terrace overlooking a small private garden with views of the mountains, as well as a balcony allowing you to enjoy the sun at the end of the day. A parking space is reserved for you.

You will find various shops 5 minutes' walk away, in the center of the village (weekly market in summer).

Towels and bed linen are provided. We lend baby equipment (high chair, bath and cot) on request. We speak French, English, German and Dutch.

Pets are not allowed and the accommodation is non-smoking.

Spacious and comfortable apartment with some outdoor space for enjoying the sunshine, great quiet location within minutes of walking distance of bakery, supermarket and all village amenities. Excellent Apartment

This was an outstanding apartment, spacious, clean, comfortable, extremely well equipped and air conditioned. Outside there was a lovely patio with chairs and table. The location was brilliant! It was very close to a boulangerie, a supermarket, the Monday street market and restaurants, even though it had a countryside feel to it. Manon, the host, was very helpful; she gave us suggestions and then left us to ourselves, but was always available if needed. We have stayed in many places in France and this was the best!

Great apartment

Lovely apartment in Doussard, away from all the hustle and bustle around the lake shore. Apartment has everything you could want with great outside space where you can sit and watch the paragliders for as long as you want! Manon was great with her communication before arrival and information whilst we were there. We definitely hope to stay again. Doussard is a small, quiet village at the end of the lake, hotel is good for a meal and the épicerie is great for croissants, bread, cakes plus it’s small deli for hams and cheese.

Mooie accommodatie en een prachtige omgeving

Mooi appartement met 2 ruime slaapkamers. Complete keuken met oven, magnetron, vaatwasser , koelkast en aparte diepvries. Lekker zitje buiten met luifel. Overal rolluiken dus heerlijk slapen in het donker. Prima service mocht er iets kapot zijn/gaan is de eigenaar in 5 minuten aanwezig. Super mooie omgeving om te fietsen , zwemmen of voor de durfals parapenten.

Zeer mooi, schoon en rustig gelegen huis/appartement met alles erop en eraan. Fijne locatie op loopafstand van Doussard met alle benodigde faciliteiten zoals bv supermarkt, bakker en horeca. Ook dichtbij fietsroutes. We hebben een geweldig verblijf gehad!

Nous y avons séjourné 3 jours en familles. Le logement est tout simplement parfait. Très grand et un point d’honneur à Manon pour la propreté les chambres sont grandes la literie de qualité la cuisine tout équipées vraiment comme à la maison. nous avons vraiment passé un superbe week-end et c’est certain que nous y reviendrons. C'était parfait !

L'appartement de Manon est un havre de paix vraiment proche du lac (5 mn en voiture). C'était très très propre et très agréable à vivre. Il y avait tout ce qu'il fallait pour qu'on se sente comme à la maison. Les enfants se sont tout de suite plu. Le jardin et la petite terrasse vrai ++ pour le petit-déj. Je recommande vivement et retournerai volontiers là-bas en passant à Annecy. Merci pour la qualité de votre logement

Rundum toller Urlaub

Von den Angaben, die in der Beschreibung erwähnt wurden, sind alle erfüllt worden. Das Objekt lag wirklich in einer landschaftlich schönen und ruhigen Umgebung. Das Objekt können wir nur weiterempfehlen und eignet sich sehr gut für Familien mit Kindern.

Magnifique

Un grand merci pour Manon, je suis toujours sous l'effet de la beauté de la région, de Doussard et de la propriété. Parlons un peu la maison, tout est optimale, emplacement, espace, confort, et équipement. J'aimerais souligner le plus pour un couplé qui voyage un bébé. On a voyagé avec un nourrisson de 1 mois, et grâce à Manon on a eu le lot parapluie et la baignoire. Un point très important, la maison est juste à côté de carrefour, boulangerie et d'un restaurant (surpris par le niveau des plats !!) Ce qui facilite vraiment la vie et rend votre séjour encore plus agréable. Bref je recommande vivement sans réfléchir.
