For a large group of people needing individual beds, this is the BEST place to stay. Its big, luxurious, and there is ample parking for even taller vehicles. This is my third stay here, and I plan to return.I had a bit of trouble using the main door keypad to get in, but that was probably my stupidity. the host, mary beth, rectified quickly for me.A

We absolutely loved this property! It was perfect for our large group and made our family trip to Mammoth so special. Having the entire floor to ourselves gave us plenty of room to spend time together, enjoy large family meals, and gather comfortably without ever feeling cramped.The sauna and hot tub were wonderful - this was such a nice touch to have a private space to enjoy together. The beds were comfortable and spacious enough to unpack and live out of for an extended period of time. The property was thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed, including plenty of towels, toiletries, snacks, and coffee.Mary Beth and team were incredibly friendly, responsive, and welcoming. They communicated proactively about property issues and were quick to address anything that came up during our stay. Their thoughtfulness and hospitality really made us feel at home!The location was fantastic, with easy access to the village, paved walking trail, and hiking trails around the upper lakes basin. Parking was hassle-free and had plenty of room for all our vehicles and supplies. Checking in was simple and the instructions provided made the process smooth.We couldn't have asked for a better place for our group and would absolutely love to stay here again the next time we visit Mammoth! Highly recommend!

Excellent stay in Mammoth, minutes away from Canyon Lodge. Access to the lifts was super easy. Mary Beth and the management team were fantastic! We had every question or minor issue addressed within a few minutes. Really excellent customer service. Would definitely stay here again!

We've booked this combo for our family ski vacation for several years in a row now. We love staying here! Close to lifts, underground parking, and storage closets in garage to store gear. The house never disappoints. The spa and sauna are welcome treats after a day of skiing, thi cousins love "sleeping over" in the double bunk room. Pet-friendly is a bonus so we don't have to leave out the family dog. Marybeth is immediately responsive to any issues we have, even before booking. I would highly recommend this unit.

Loved our stay!

We loved these condos! They were super clean and cozy with plenty of space for our three families and a quick, easy walk to Canyon Lodge. Being able to walk to the slopes with kids versus having to find parking was a game changer! Highly recommend this property.

Wonderful Accommodations in the Perfect Spot

We had our annual Guys Ski Trip here, # 28 for us. All thought it was one of the best accommodations we've ever had. Mary Beth was very responsive for any issues that arose and overall we were very happy and would definitely return.

Great place to stay

This is our 2nd time staying at this great condo combo. The accommodations are perfect for our family (grandparents, kids and spouses, grandkids. The lockers at canyon lodge are perfect for storing gear. The condo is walking distance from lifts. The rooms are spacious and the kitchen has all you need for a perfect family vacay!

Great Mammoth Mountain property

We rented the top floor (2 condos) of this property and were very pleased with everything about it. The location was convenient to town, it was clean and well furnished. Communication with the owner was easy and check-in and out went smoothly. We had 9 adults and everyone had plenty of space. We would definitely stay again in the future.

Loved this place! It was perfect for the 5 couples. gave us both privacy and opportunity to commune with friends. Location is also fabulous with a short walk up the hill to the Canyon Lodge. Thank you Mary Beth for being a great host!

Great Location and Amazing Place

Mary Beth was amazing! The two condos were prefect for our group. She maintained it well with all the snow they got this season. Walking distance to the lifts, well stocked kitchen. Will go back.

Great Set up for our large ski group!

We rented all 4 condos for our annual ski trip. Condos were large and comfortable and management staff was on top of everything during the massive storm while we arrived. Big bonus is the large underground garage especially considering the 45" of snow we received as we arrived.
