This condo is amazing! It’s beautiful and super convenient to shopping, beaches, and other sightseeing. The host is the best ever! She made check in and everything else so easy. Her communication was A! I really appreciate all the instructions she left and how kind she was. There are tons of beach towel, beach, equipment, every cooking thing you could probably want lots and lots of seasonings in the kitchen. I would highly recommend this condo if you are visiting the big island and wanting to stay on the Kohala Coast. Thank you, Jayne!

This property could not have been more fitting for our wants and needs. First, the host was exceedingly accessible, flexible and helpful. The condo was lovely and extremely well stocked. We really enjoyed dining on the patio/deck and sitting around, just enjoying the view and the breeze. We hope to return again one day and would highly recommend this property and this host.

Great location. A bit misleading in terms of "ocean view"GREAT kitchen and balconies! A bit crowded with lots of furniture, but overall perfect for outdoor visiting, and ocean breezes!!

10/10 Like all the other reviews: Jayne's place is absolutely fantastic. Truly lives up to its description in every way. So many wonderful details she has thought of and nothing is left out: plentiful linens, fully stocked kitchen, CLEAN everything, comfortable beds, seating choices in and outside. We spend a LOT of time eating at the outdoor table or chilling in the chairs on the lanai. We truly felt comfortable and enjoyed the quiet beauty of the complex: so picturesque, serene with animals, birds and flowers. The view of A beach was a nice bonus and watching the weather go through its daily changes. The pool was awesome: perfect temperature, no deep end and we enjoyed meeting other travelers: everyone was so friendly! The location was primo for our interests and shopping needs. We LOVED Hapuna Beach as well as Waimea/Kamuela especially the TWO farmers markets. Day trip to Hilo and south of Kona totally reasonable. Wonderful time up North in Hawi, as well. I could go on and on, it was perfect for our family of 3 and we can't wait to return! Mahalo!

This is the best VRBO we’ve stayed at in Waikoloa / Kona side of the island. The place was immaculately clean and all the amenities needed are in the condo. Our favorite spot is the lanai where we found ourselves just soaking in the island nature and reading our books. We also dined on the lanai and used the community bbq grill. The pool was perfect for those days we did not feel like heading to the beach. Jayne-your condo is paradise. Mahalo for being part of our wonderful memories created on this trip. Until next time

We loved our stay at this beautiful condo. It was a great location and a short walk to an amazing beach and shopping. We had all the amenities, and it was very well stocked (including a closet full of snorkeling equipment, beach chairs and umbrellas.) All the rooms were decorated beautifully and set up perfectly for our family of 4 The host, Jayne, was wonderful and very communicative. One of our best stays yet!

My family and I absolutely loved staying at this beautiful condo. The condo is 100% accurately portrayed on the listing. Everything is just as beautiful in person. The views from the lanai were gorgeous and we spent a lot of time out there. Communication with Jayne was smooth and effortless from booking to check out. Aside from that, I must stay this was absolutely the most well stocked vacation rental I’ve ever stayed in. Everything we needed was available to us plus a pantry stocked with basics like seasonings, oils, condiments in the fridge. It was just so great! Everything we needed for the beach was available to us. So many towels and extra blankets. I was just very pleased with everything available to us. Complex was so nice and quiet and perfect proximity for walking anywhere in the vicinity. I am just so grateful that we booked this place! We will definitely try to book again in the future.

We had a great stay. There were some small things: tired fixtures, GFI outlets didn't work and ice-maker had issues, but overall the condo was well-stocked, comfortable and convenient.
