This beautiful seafront residential complex Aqua Nature is located in Torre La Mata, a seaside resort located between Guardamar and Torrevieja. The immediate area has many beautiful long stretched beaches and a wide range of facilities that meet your daily needs.
Aqua Nature consists of 5 buildings with 8 floors each of which are located almost 1st line, it is an apartment on the 7th floor with sea view.
The furnishings and finish are of good quality and the space has been used optimally. The modern open kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher. There are 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and the living room (73 m2) is equipped with air conditioning, both hot and cold, flat screen TV, Flemish TV and WIFI. From the terrace (13 m2) you have a view of the sea and the salt lakes of La Mata.
The complex contains a beautiful, large and maintained Olympic swimming pool with spacious green areas and Jacuzzi. It also includes an underground car park, all with a full fence.
An apartment to fully enjoy the sun, sea, beach and the many services that are available here. You will find all this within walking distance!

Good shady balcony
Nice apartment, on arrival toilet seat and shower in second bathroom faulty. Reported to management company who basically said "yes it does that" and remained unfixed for duration of stay.

In dieser modernen und komfortablen Wohnung mit einer großen Terrasse kann man den Urlaub richtig genießen. Alles entsprach unseren Erwartungen: Komfort, Gemütlichkeit, Lage, ganz unkomplizierte und nette Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer sowie die Schlüsselübergabe. Wir würden dieses Apartment sehr gerne wieder buchen.

Einfach ausgezeichnet!
Wir haben unseren Urlaub einen Monat in der Wohnung genossen. Es ist alles sehr sauber, ruhig, sicher und der Ausblick ist phänomenal. Einkaufsmöglichkeit zu Fuß in 3 Minuten zu erreichen. Die Wohnung hat alles, was man für einen schönen Urlaub braucht. Alle deutschen TV-Kanäle sind vorhanden.
Die Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer konnte nicht besser sein. Er antwortet auf Fragen immer sofort und sehr bemüht. Eine sehr angenehme Erfahrung.
Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!!!

Schöne Wohnung
Wohnung im 7. Stock, schöne Aussicht. Waren jetzt das zweite mal auf der Anlage und es ist immer schön dort. Sehr sauber, freundliche Bewohner, sauberer Pool und immer ein Bademeister vor Ort. Kommen nächstes Jahr wieder.
