With plenty of space to accommodate up to six guests, this stone retreat provides comfort and convenience for a family or group of friends. The picturesque surrounding farmland and woodland are ideal for anyone looking to explore the area on foot or by bicycle. The barn is one of four on site, where the owners also live, and is the perfect place to stay for anyone looking to experience the beauty of rural North Devon.


As soon as you step through the door, you will be welcomed by an abundance of natural wood, bright lighting and glass doors providing you with stunning views. Enjoy a night in, watching a movie on the TV or DVD after exploring the area. Prepare a tasty meal in the stylish kitchen area, then dine together at the table which features enough seating for the whole party. Upstairs, you will find two double bedrooms, one with an en-suite shower room, and a twin. A family shower room is also provided. Soak up the sunshine and relax with your loved ones on the private patio, with a blissful backdrop of rolling fields.


Guests can follow the scenic footpaths of the Exe Valley Way, which passes through Bampton, or venture into Exmoor National Park, only 4 miles away, with its plethora of captivating trails. The nearby town of Tiverton (6 miles) offers plenty of activities including shops, restaurants, and a horse-drawn barge along a section of the Grand Western Canal.
