La Dolce “Villa”

Beautiful property with everything you need for a wonderful getaway. The villa was well supplied and cared for. We were so very thankful for the pool (cleaned daily) as it was a very hot week. The host shared many great excursion ideas, is very friendly and helpful.Absolutely loved this spot!

Wonderful place for a great relaxing holiday

The house is awesome, with a fantastic view from the terrasse of the pool. And it is also very well equiped, with all you need to cook, bbq, washingmachine, comfortable beds, etc. Paolo, the owner, is a very nice person and always helping, if needed. The area is beautiful, with lots to explore (nature, local towns with its cultural treasures of the regeion. We really recomend this wonderful spot! Thanks to Paolo!

Schöne Unterkunft

Schöne Unterkunft etwas außerhalb von Fabriano, mit einem SUV gut zu erreichen. Paolo kümmert sich regelmäßig um den Pool.Die Betten sind sehr gut und auch die Küchenausstattung ist top, ebenfalls gibt es eine bequeme Couch. Die Überdachung vor dem Haus mit Tisch und Bänken ist bei einem etwaigen Regenschauer oder für einen Vollschatten sehr gut zu nutzen. Alles in allem eine schöne Unterkunft.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus

Paolo hat uns sehr freundlich in Empfang genommen, alles gezeigt/erklärt und uns viele gute Tipps für den Urlaub gegeben. Das Häuschen ist sehr liebevoll restauriert und sauber. Alles Nötige ist vorhanden. Der Pool mit Aussicht ist ein Highlight und hat sehr zur Entspannung beigetragen. Die Gegend ist toll und sehr abwechslungsreich. Alles Zusammen ergab einen tollen Italien-Urlaub. Alle Erwartungen wurden positiv erfüllt und zum Teil übertroffen. Gern wieder.

Schönes Haus mi kleinen Schwächen.

Leider gibt es nur ein Bad und keine separate Toilette. Das ist bei vier Erwachsenen etwas wenig. Das Grunstück ist nicht ganz dicht, so das wir häufiger Besuch von zwei großen Hunden aus der Nachbarschaft hatten. Außerdem ist unser eigener Hund dann auch einmal spazieren gegangen. Sollte man einen Hund mit Jagdtrieb oder Unverträglichkeit mit anderen Hunden haben könnte das ein Problem sein. Die Gastgeber sind außergewöhnlich nett.

Great and relaxing stay close to Fabriano

We enjoyed our stay at Paolo's Villa Chiusetta very much. The little villa is very well equipped with a fire place, barbecue facilities and also the kitchen had everything we needed. Of course the pool was a highlight on the sunny days.
