About this property

Sunrises Over The Atlantic As You Sit Outside The First Floor Master Bedroom.

Walk out the the back of the beach house, to a cross-walk immediately to the beach access. Once on the beach and you need something or want to return to the house, super easy and quick. Community pool for the 6-8 houses on the cul de sac. Beach house designed for the family with a large open area for dining room, family room, with a nice alcove bar area with built in ice machine. 4 car parking on concrete driveway. Barbecue, swing, picnic table for outside entertainment. Beautiful wrap-around porch with solid wooden rocking chairs and plenty of seating. One side screened in, two other sides open but protected with large overhang roof to protect from the sun. Remodeled with new upstairs windows and French doors leading to a new second level deck with ocean/sound view. Great place to socialize, sun, or just chill.

Bath Towels are included in the Linen Fee.

Please take out your trash upon departure and run your dirty dishes. Please also return the furniture in its proper location including outdoor porch furniture.

Please keep the screen porch latched. Winds will break our door.
Stays between Sep 19 - May 15 require a minimum stay of 3 nights but if you book over 4 nights, we will offer a 30% discount.

This property was quite comfortable and our extended family enjoyed it very much. Plenty of room to be together and plenty of room for privacy. It was very nice to have a large dining table so our at-home meals could be enjoyed together; plus, we had quite a few evenings of board games which meant we had more than enough room for all the players.There was one issue that we found and contacted the owner who addressed it the next day. It was obviously an error on the part of the cleaning crew.The kitchen was very well stocked with pots, pans, and serving dishes along with plenty of plates, bowls, coffee cups, etc. The coffee maker is a little small with 6 adults drinking coffee, but worked fine for the numerous pots we made every morning. I was a little surprised at the number and amount of spices that were left in the cabinet, but it is only an observation. We had more than enough room for our groceries.The location was great and we did take advantage of the many outside decks - depending on the time of day. Everyone slept well in the beds, except for the top bunk which desperately needs a new mattress.We thoroughly enjoyed this property, but the front steps are a little steep, so just be aware of anyone in your group has issues climbing stairs. We would rent this property again.

Great Place to Stay!

We really enjoyed the Outer Banks. I don't know if we will ever be able to return, but I would gladly stay in this house again if we do! The house was comfortable, the location is great, and the owner was easy to work with.

Awesome home

Everyone had a great time staying here. Kitchen was well stocked to feed the family of 7. Beds were very comfortable. Great location to walk to the beach and having access to a beach cart made it so easy. This was the families favorite house and we will look to stay again next year.

This was our 2nd year staying here and we really enjoyed it great location and updates are really nice especially the 2nd floor balcony looking over the ocean we actually saw dolphins one morning host is really nice and gets back in touch quickly would highly recommend

The only place to stay

The house is clean and comfy. There is enough room to be together but not be on top of each other. This is the second time I have stayed at this home and will stay here again when in Nags Head.

What a great home away from home!

My family and I loved staying at this home. It had a nice and open layout with plenty of seating and sleeping areas. It is conveniently located: the beach was right across the street and the main road into town was close as well. The management company was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions. Great Spot

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location was fantastic with public beach access across the street, and the close community pool. A market, stores, ice cream and restaurants were a few miles away. It was perfect for our extended family with young kids to adults. The owner had great communication. We can’t wait to come back.

Family Unity

We have been going to the Outer Banks for 40 years and this house is by far our favorite. Open the Master Suite curtain in the morning and watch the sun rise over the ocean. Sit on the wrap around porch and choose your level of light and breeze for any time of day. The owner has thought of everything at this property and if you have a concern he is extremely easy to contact and work with.

Why they chose this property

This community has high building standards so the homes are all kept up and I liked the house being on a cul de sac with a community pool servicing our few houses.

What makes this property unique

I like the layout with the Master Bedroom Suite being on the first level and the open concept of the first level so family and friends get a sense of togetherness. I love the wrap around porch with overhanging roof. There is always a way to go outside, and be protected from the wind, rain, or sun.
