The renovated villa has 4 apartments including the splendid attic. At 50 meters from the beach of Balestrate, elegantly furnished for maximum comfort during your holidays, the attic has a large 60 m2 terrace equipped with table, chairs and deck chairs; consisting of 2 double bedrooms, 1 sofa bed 2 squares, 1 comfortable bathroom with a very large 90x90 shower cubicle, 1 laundry room complete with pile and washing machine, a large living room-lounge, built-in kitchen (complete with dishes). The air conditioner is located in the double bedroom. The apartment is equipped with free wifi for the guests of the structure, so that during the holiday you can combine work and relaxation. Complete with towels and sheets, any changes are charged. Those who rent or arrive by car can park safely next to the villa, on the public road; apart from its sober and comfortable furnishings, the apartment stands out for the MAXIMUM ATTENTION TO CLEAN AND HYGIENE CARE.
The large beach is very large, it is free, or for those who want services, it is equipped from June 15 to September 15 with a new and characteristic bathing beach, the Kajros (from June 15 to September 15), a few steps from pizzerias and bars. The center of the village is within walking distance (1km). Bus stop at 30 meters and railway station at 1km.

Balestrate is a seaside resort located in the center of the Gulf of Castellammare 30 minutes from Palermo and Trapani, and only 15 minutes from Falcone-Borsellino airport.

The location is ideal for those who want to spend their holidays in the name of tranquility and contact with nature: the Zingaro, Capo Rama and Alcamo nature reserves are very close with their magnificent coasts and backdrops. The place is also suitable for those who want to visit the many places of great cultural interest such as Segesta, Selinunte, Erice, Monreale ....

Great apartment in a fabulous location.

The apartment was well prepared and spotlessly clean, and we were welcomed warmly by Angela. There was also some free essential supplies on the kitchen table including excellent coffee! Only about 100m from the beach (and 2 superb pizzeria ristorantes), it was also an easy drive or gentle walk from Balestrate. The town had some really nice gelataria and cafes, and was a regular stop off on our way back from day trips. Within easy reach of a lot of interesting days out, the apartment allowed us to get the right balance between sightseeing and relaxing.

l'appartement était hyper propre et Dieu sait si je suis difficile. Nous avons eu un accueil chaleureux de la part des propriétaires qui étaient aussi très pro-actifs.Seul bemol: en fin de saison, il n'y a pas de coin d'ombre sur la terrasse mais Angela a trouvé une solution.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung direkt am Meer, schön eingerichtet und wirklich sauber. Die Küche war auch top ausgestattet und die Gastgeberin war sehr nett. Unser Highlight war die große Terrasse oben direkt an der Wohnung.Der Sandstrand ist nicht mal 200m entfernt. Allerdings ist die Stadt, in der die Ferienwohnung liegt nicht so schön, wir haben die Gegend mit einem Mietwagen erkundet und innerhalb 1h die schönsten Strände und Buchten gefunden.In allem aber wirklich TOP!

A very clean and modern apartment with a terrace roof situated close to the beach

The listing description was accurate regarding the location. The property was clean and all the services were well maintained. The owner, Angela, responded quickly to any questions we had. There is a lovely view from the roof and the sea was only about 100 metres away with its own deck chairs and umbrellas. There are two pizza restaurants within 100 metres of the property. There is lots of free parking space close by. It is about 1 km outside the town of Balestrate and so a car would be recommended. We would recommend this property to our friends.

200 METERS FROM THE BEACH

Angela is a very nice person, always ready to help. the apartment was exactly as described in the web site, very confortable, modern and clean. on top you will find a perfect view on the sea which will delight your breakfasts on the terrace. best is to rent a car but towncentre is only 1km on foot with the sea road. located at 20 minutes from Castellamare del Golfo a typical fishery town with restaurants and pubs we were 2 adults and 2 children 6 and 10 from Paris

Liebe Urlauber, wir waren Mitte bis Ende April 2016 mit unseren beiden Töchtern (4 + 1 Jahr) bei Angela in Balestrate. Wir haben in der Dachgeschosswohnung it großer Terrasse gewohnt. Wir können die Wohnung, Angela als Vermieterin und die Stadt Balestrate zu 100% weiterempfehlen. Die Wohnung ist sehr groß und schön. Sie ist komplett ausgestattet und verfügt über eine riesige 60qm Terrasse, auf der sich super entspannen und essen lässt. Angela war stets um unser Wohlbefinden bemüht und sehr lieb. Ein großes Dankeschön noch einmal an sie. Balestrate befindet sich im April zwar noch in der Vorsaison, aber wenn man das sucht und mag, ist es umso schöner. Tolle liebe Menschen und tolles italienisches Flair. Dankeschön, vier Berliner Cari turisti, eravamo a metà a fine aprile 2016, le nostre due figlie (4 + 1 anno) a Angela a Balestrate. Siamo stati in soffitta è grande terrazza. Siamo in grado di consigliare al 100% l'appartamento, Angela come un padrone di casa e la città di Balestrate. L'appartamento è molto grande e bella. E 'completamente attrezzata e ha una grande terrazza di 60 mq in cui può essere super rilassarsi e mangiare. Angela cercava sempre di nostro benessere e molto affettuoso. Un grazie di nuovo a voi. Balestrate si trova nel mese di aprile ancora in pre-stagione, ma se si guarda per questo e simili, è ancora più bello. Grande amore persone e grande stile italiano. Grazie, quattro Berlino

ferie al mare

siamo stati due settimane con i nostri tre figli in quell bello appartamento mansarda.L'appartamento era molto curato e pulito con una terrazza con la Vista al mare..I nostri ragazzi ci sono divertiti un sacco perche la spiaggia era vicino e andavano da soli.La signora Angela e suo marito ci ano accolto molto cordiale e sono stati disponibili in ogni caso.Siamo andati un giorno a visitare Palermo che e stato impressionante e pure San Vito Lo Capo, Castell Mare del Golfo, Alcamo e Scopello che si trovano la vicini, sono stati posti indimenticabile per noi.Vogliamo ringraziare di cuore la Signora Angela per la sua accolienza e la sua gentilezza .Grazie mille e tantissimi saluti da la Germania. Per gli amanti del mare e del relax

amanti del mare ma anche della tranquillita' abbiamo trascorso una splendida settimana in questa spiaggia incantevole l'immobile e' in ottimo stato pulito e fornito di tutti i confort vicinissimo alla spiaggia e al centro abitato ,il paese e' delizioso con ottimi ristoranti e pizzerie tra le migliori "lo squalo". " la rosa dei venti" . inoltre la proprietaria e' stata molto cordiale e disponibile . Consiglio a chiunque questo immobile che per la vicinanza al mare (circa 50 metri dall'immobile) e' ottimo per chi ha bambini.

La mansarda essendo fronte mare, trova la sua collocazione in un ambiente prettamente marino ed è caratterizzata da un'immensa spiaggia e da una meravigliosa veduta del golfo di Castellammare , essendo il paese di Balestrate situato proprio al centro del golfo nel mezzo tra Capo San Vito e Capo Rama.
La spiaggia prevalentemente è libera , ma chi desidera può usufruire anche di un lido " il Kajros" privato attrezzato a pagamento. Il lido resta aperto dal 15 giugno al 15 settembre.
La distanza della villa dal centro del paese è di circa 900 mt
Accanto alla spiaggia sono presenti due ristoranti - pizzerie dove potrete degustare i migliori piatti tipici locali tra cui il famoso " Couscus di pesce"

L'appartamento dispone di n.2 climatizzatori, uno nel grande salone -soggiorno, l'altro in una camera letto matrimoniale. La mansarda essendo sulla spiaggia è molto fresca ,grazie alla brezza marina, la terrazza permette di pranzare e trascorrere incantevoli serate sotto un cielo di stelle . La location è ideale per chi vuole trascorrere le vacanze all'insegna della tranquillità e del contatto con la natura: vicinissime sono le riserve naturali dello Zingaro , di capo Rama e di Alcamo con le loro magnifiche coste e fondali. Il posto si presta anche per chi desidera visitare i numerosi luoghi di grande interesse culturale quali Segesta, Selinunte, Erice , Monreale....
