Great location and views

A beautiful villa in the La Nucia area with great views from the terrace towards Altea. The pool was a good size and had a deep end of 2 m+. The surrounding garden was a delight with many kinds of shrubs, palm trees and there was also a swing for children and a Boule area.

The villa was fantastic. The photos don’t do it justice. The only negatives were the poolside loungers are poor & not very comfortable and location is quite remote, car is definitely required.

Stop looking and book this villa!

If you’re scrolling through the many, many villas available in the Alicante area, I’d recommend you stop and book this one! Highlights - beautiful terrace table with sea & mountain views,best equipped kitchen we’ve ever had in a villa, super local support and advice, stunning outdoor space with multiple areas to chill out, beautifully decorated interior, great local supermarkets, quick drive to Altea where there are lovely authentic restaurants, quiet residential area …. Perfect for an all adult party or a family group! Negatives - having to leave!

Simply Stunning

Have never been a Hotel person, so always stay in Villa's, and can honrstly say have never stayed in a nicer place. Furnished to the highest standard, beautiful gardens, pool and the layout and views are fantastic. Car hire is essential, but as long as you have a car, location os perfect, with short drives to beaches, restaurants, shops, its the perfect location to explore from. At night, its so tranquil and lovely to sit out and have that last drink on the veranda before rtiring. We will definitely be returning. Thank you for a lovely holiday.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette très belle villa bien équipée dans l’ensemble. Les poêles et certaines casseroles sont un peu vieilles (revêtement anti adhésif usagé) et devraient être changées.Marian est très réactive et à l’écoute ; nous avons eu un souci de transats cassés et ils ont rapidement été remplacés.

Pour résumé en un seul mot une villa D'EXCEPTION !!! Il y avait tout le confort pour nous 6, digne d'un hôtel 5 étoiles, nous avons passé des vacances magnifique en famille, c'est une maison avec un jardin incroyable, une très grande piscine d'ailleurs super bien entretenu, la vue sur les collines et sur la mer était extraordinaire nous étions vraiment dans un cadre reposant. La maison est rès bien equipée que ce soit en intérieur ou en extérieur, nous recommandons énormément cette villa qui est haut de gamme, elle est parfaite, bien penser vraiment un coup de coeur. Elle est proche de la ville de Benidorm (une ville digne des USA). Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Marian en plus on a eu le droit à des petites attentions à notre arrivée. Vraiment merci nous sommes tous ravi du plus petit au plus grand.

Ruhe für die Seele

Ich könnte jetzt Stunden schreiben aber ich bin noch im Urlaubsmode ;-) Also fangen wir an. Marian ist toll ! Wenn man Whatsapp hat ist sie sofort zu stelle und mit SMS dauert es 10 min länger. Sie hat uns nett und freundlich in Empfang genommen und uns alles gezeigt. Und dann hatten wir 13 Traumhafte Tage in dem wunderschönen Haus. Alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Der Pool, der Garten einfach grandios. Alles sehr sauber, gepflegt und liebevoll eingerichtet. Sehr gute und grosse Betten. Sitz und liege Möglichkeiten sind, ob im Schatten oder der Sonne jede Menge vorhanden. Mit dem Gasgrill hatte ich so mein tun da ich die Technik der spanischen Gasflasche nicht auf anhieb verstand. Essen gehen, in der Umgebeung, jede Menge. Einkaufs Möglichkeiten auch. Aber man braucht auf jeden Fall ein Auto ! Autan ist auch ratsam, weil Mücken hatten wir auch reichlich. Das wäre aber auch der einzige negative punkt, der aber nichts mit dem Haus zu tun hat. Ach ja Mücken, die meisten Fenster und Türen haben einen Mückenschutz so das man im Haus seine Ruhe vor den Plagegeistern hat. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Great Villa

a great villa. very well and tastefully decorated. everything clean and well maintained. we didn't lack anything. The terraces, the beautiful garden, the really large pool - we really enjoyed our time. extra thanks to Marian - very friendly with lots of tips for us. a successful stay without worries and complaints. eine tolle Villa. sehr gut und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. alles sauber und gepflegt. es fehlte uns an nichts. die terrassen, der schöne garten, der wirklich große pool - wir haben die zeit sehr genossen. extra dank an Marian - sehr freundlich mit vielen tips für uns. ein gelungener aufenthalt ohne sorgen und beanstandungen

Schitterend huis alles top in orde

Schoon, netjes verzorgd huis, alle benodigdheden waren er in overvloed. Ligging op prima afstand van winkels en bezienswaardigheden. Top vakantie gehad. Marian en Cor hebben het goed geregeld.

The Villa was perfect for us the pool was a great enjoyed be all of the family roomy and comfortable everything you need located in a up market area which was quiet. The only negative is that the naighbors had dogs which barked during the night. However in all we were very happy with our stay

Other reviews have said that the pictures don’t do this villa justice and we couldn’t agree more. This is a very spacious Villa with three very large bedrooms and lots of living space inside. There are a number of outside areas to relax and a large garden with a perfect swimming pool and Sea and Mountain views across to Altea and up to Calp. The Villa is exceptionally well equipped with high quality items and everything you need from the Air conditioning in all bedrooms to the ice maker in the fridge. The location is a short drive to numerous shops and facilities with the restaurants in Albir and Benidorm not too far away, there is also a very good restaurant within walking distance of the property. We would defiantly recommend this Villa and hope to book again for next year.

Helaas is Udo nooit in deze woning geweest. Dus echt een reële beoordeling is dit niet. Zij hebben kort voor aankomst geannuleerd wegens ziekte. Wij wensen hun sterkte en beterschap.
