Villa full of character, located in a privileged area with an excellent sea view. It has 3 bedrooms, but accommodates 7 people. It is 5 minutes drive from the beach and 15m walk from Praia da Luz. Located in a quiet area is the ideal spot for those who want to enjoy a quiet holiday with splendid days in the sun with sea views. Balconies spacious enough to enjoy a dinner at sunset. The pool area is spacious and overlooks the sea, offers a safe area for children featuring a reserved area in the pool. The main entrance gives access to the living / dining room with fireplace, here you will also find the fully equipped kitchen. On the lower floor we have 3 bedrooms with single beds, and the master bedroom there is an extra bed, ideal for couples with smaller children. It has 2 bathrooms, one of which is private. It has parking space in front of the house. The pool is not heated. It has air conditioning. Minimum stay of 5 nights.

Our host Pedro was very responsive and helpful. The home has beautiful views from many levels. About a 10 minute walk to town and a couple more to the beach, this home has become a favorite of ours!

Lovely Property with Stunning Views

Great villa, very clean, lot of new furniture / appliances etc. Terrace off the kitchen/lounge/diner has amazing views of Luz bay and walking to the town takes just 15 mins, perfect for a lazy breakfast first thing in the morning.

Great family beach vacation

This house and property were more beautiful than the photos, and the view of the ocean with moonlight on it as we arrived the first night was awesome. The children loved the pool on site, but it was also a short walk down to the beach, which was very good. Grocery stores were nearby, as well as good restaurants, and we hiked along the clifftop one day to Burgau. A very special place to have a vacation.

My Paradise in Portugal

The location is fantastic, the view is wonderful and the area is very quiet 👌 the villa is very nice but can be difficult for old people because of the stairs. It was amazing, a bit sad not meeting Rita & Pedro at least one time.

Rita was super helpful and guided us right in. The pool was amazing. A vista from every room. Everything you need to prepare meals. Walking distance to the beach. Clean and comfortable beds. Fantastic villa. Would definitely stay again!

Best feature is panoramic view

Parking is off road only next to villa gate as opposed to own driveway. Need car to get down to town and beach as long haul up but compensated by a great view. Access to pool is mainly via bedrooms. Need instructions to get into gate as well as Key safe. Shared shower room for bedrooms 2 and 3. Beautiful gardens and orchard

This was a lovely villa beautiful viewsOf Luz , comfortable beds nice big walk in showers pool is lovely but cold as not heated but we went in April so weather wasn’t as hot .Comfortable sun beds around the pool .Rita was always available if we needed anything Lots of towel’s left on each bed and also pool towels . Hairdryer , they did have an ironing board but didn’t seem to have an iron , not that I actually needed one whilst I was there but just saying, kitchen had all the essentials .

Awesome Villa in Beautiful Praia da Luz

Our family loved staying at this fantastic property. The rooms were all great with plenty of room and very very clean. The main balcony has simply the best view of the little town and the ocean and we enjoyed several incredible sunsets and one amazing sunrise (the morning of our departure). The pool is fantastic; very clean and well maintained and all the furniture outside allowed us all to enjoy the sunshine and cool off in the sparkling water whenever we wanted. It’s a short walk into town (about 15 mins to the grocery store) and the beach which was really lovely with some very nice restaurants (Boaty”s was our favorite). Our only gripe was that the beds were all simply too firm - very difficult to get comfortable and a good nights rest but a small complaint given how amazing everything else else. Diana, our host, was very communicative, helpful and flexible throughout.

Lovely villa with huge pool!

The villa is beautiful and the views from the property are out of this world! Breakfast on the balcony was my favourite time of day. The pool is brilliant with 3 different depths which suited my children aged 9 and 5. We didn’t hire a car so the walk to the supermarket/beach etc was a bit of a mission but we were prepared for it and didn’t mind too much. The owner Rita was lovely and left a little welcome pack of cheese and wine. My only constructive comment would be that for the price I would have expected some tea/coffee/sugar for the first day or so but we managed to get to the shop before it closed. Kids loved the pool but bear in mind that it’s on the lower ground floor (kitchen on top, bedrooms on ground).

Outstanding view

I really enjoyed my stay at this amazing villa. The house has all that a family needs to enjoy a proper family holidays. All rooms are very comfortable, clean, well equipped and nicely decorated. The kitchen and bathrooms are very tidy and well kept. The area is very quiet and private and the view is absolutely outstanding. The outdoor areas are very pleasant but could use a little update and maintenance. Overall i highly recommend it.

Tolle Aussicht

Wir haben mit unseren Kinder 6-11 und meinen Eltern tolle 10 Tage in Luz verbracht. Die Kinder dürften sogar die Orangen ernten und im Haus ist sogar eine elektrische Saftpresse. Zum Strand kann man auch laufen. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Wonderful pool villa - exceptional ocean view

We truly enjoyed our stay at this villa. Very comfortable and very clean. Beds are comfortable. A few suggestions. The pool furniture could use some cushions and the two umbrellas provided for shade were non-functional. A sun blanket for the pool would be helpful as we really wanted to use the pool more, but was just too cold even for late August. Kitchen was well equipped but could really use some sharp cutting knives for prepping food. Overall, we would stay again for comfort, location and especially the view. Thank you.
