Very beautiful villa with pool on Château les Merles golf course, near Bergerac

The Villas were built on the charming property of a 17th century castle, Château les Merles, a few meters from it. They were built between 2009 and 2012 and resemble the elegant and rustic architecture as well as the interior style of the recently renovated chateau. The Villas are located in the magnificent Dordogne region, in the heart of the Bordeaux, Saint Emilion, Bergerac and Sarlat square, well known for its cliffs, castles and wines. The property is surrounded by vineyards, forest and is only 15km from Bergerac Airport with daily flights to the United Kingdom, Belgium and the Netherlands.
Each villa is a fully furnished 3-story mansion perfectly suited for long-term stays with family or friends. On the ground floor you will find a spacious living room with a luxurious interior design and a fully equipped kitchen with all the amenities you will need (fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, stove, dishwasher, storage room, corner meal). Take advantage of your free time by relaxing on the private terrace with a barbecue and a garden or on your private terrace by the large black liner pool. You also have private parking.
On the second floor, you will have two bedrooms each with their own bathroom. The beds are king size and the bathrooms are fitted with a double sink, bidet, WC and shower / bathtub. On the landing, a cupboard serving as a cloakroom and a cupboard equipped with a washing machine and a dryer.
On the third floor, you will find a more spacious bedroom, fitted in the attic, with exposed beams and a bathroom.
The villas are next to the 17th century castle, transformed into a charming 4-star hotel. As a resident of our villas, you have the advantage of using all the facilities that the hotel offers. The experienced hotel staff speak French, English, Dutch, Spanish and German and will assist you with any questions.
You have full access to the 9-hole par 35 golf course, the covered driving range, a separate pitching pitch and a putting green. The golf course is a challenge for players of all skill levels and includes bunkers and water hazards. You can book a golf lesson with the hotel's Pro PGA. You can rent all the necessary equipment from the hotel and no reservation is required for the green fees. In addition, the hotel has a tennis court and a gourmet restaurant Les Merles, one of the 25 best restaurants in the Aquitaine region. You will find regional haute cuisine at an affordable price.
