Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My sister and I booked a week in this unit as a last minute trip to destress after the loss of my mother. We could not have asked for a better place to relax and regroup from such an emotional time. The unit was beautiful and had everything we needed. The balcony was the best place to enjoy a peaceful evening watching the sun go down and listening to the waves. So soothing for the soul. We are already booking for our annual sisters trip next May.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Cute place - the company managing does a poor job cleaning though. It takes maybe $20 to replace the moldy shower curtain & the rusted hooks in the hall bath. Removing hair from countertops is also easy - wiping them. Nothing to put in the drains to hold water either. Just minor things that if it were managed by the person who owns it wouldn’t happen. Beautiful place all in all as far as decor and things needed. The building owners could also stand to do some cleaning.

This unit was very clean and the decor was really beach oriented. The owner definitely needs to paint the outside door, put an inside security latch of some kind but most importantly, the mattresses on the back room need replacing immediately as they are so soft and not supportive at all. Had the best balcony for any unit we’ve ever stayed and a perfect view of the sunset.

We got a last minute deal because someone else cancelled. I have stayed at Emerald Isle at full price so I realize the value. The condo was perfectly located on the 8th floor. The balcony is always my favorite. The kitchen could use some new eating utensils and knives but dishes and cookware were plentiful. My husband and I weren’t fans of the mattress in the master bedroom but that’s probably personal preference. I would definitely book the same condo again!

Loved the balcony. It had a table and chairs so eating outside was an option. Lots of seating options as well. The unit had lots of room. The bedrooms and bathrooms were nice. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, dishes etc,Loved that the condo was right on the beach. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets!
