Les Dunes 04 - Beachfront, A/C and with pool

This spacious beachfront house has a capacity for 6 people and features air conditioning. With direct and private access to the beach, you will enjoy a comfortable and fully equipped stay just a few steps from the sea.



The house is distributed over two floors. On the ground floor, you will find the cozy living-dining room with a fireplace, Wi-Fi, and a flat-screen TV with Astra 19 satellite and USB port. From here, you can access the private and fenced terrace-garden, equipped with garden furniture, sun loungers, barbecue, and a remote-controlled awning. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including a fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, and toaster. There is also a guest toilet on this floor.



On the upper floor, there are two double bedrooms with four single beds, a main bathroom with a shower, and a suite with a double bed and a bathroom with a bathtub. From the suite's balcony, you can enjoy sea views.



Located in the privileged area of Mas Pinell, on the Costa Brava, this accommodation will allow you to explore the charming nearby towns of Torroella de Montgrí, Pals, and L'Estartit. Less than 6 km away, you will find the Raül Girona supermarket, and less than 3 km away, an excellent selection of restaurants with delicious local cuisine. Additionally, you can enjoy the communal area with a swimming pool located in front of the house.

2. Weihnachten und Silvester in Mas Pinell

Wir waren als Familie wieder in Mas Pinell über Weihnachten und Neujahr. Es war wieder alles super. Der einzigste Nachteil ist die Heizung. Man muss über die Klimageräte heizen und man hat leider keine Zentralheizung. Vielleicht wäre die nächsten Jahre eine Reservierung angebracht. Jedoch haben wir uns wohl gefühlt und die Ruhe und Sonne genossen. Der Service war wieder perfekt. Prinzipiell eine Heizung wäre super. Allerdings nur für die Wintermonate im Sommer mit Kleingerät alles top.

4 Wochen an die man sich gerne erinnert

Sonnenaufgang vom Bett aus!!! Gute Betten und alle bezogen. Seht guter Wlan Bei kleinen Störungen sofortige Hilfe mit mehrmaligem nachfragen ob jetzt alles in Ordnung ist. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!!! Alles gut wie es ist!

Schöne Weihnachten und Silvester verbracht

Wir sind dieses Jahr dem Weihnachtsstress entkommen und bis nach Silvester in Mas Pinell geblieben. Die Lage des Hauses war perfekt. Zu diesem Jahreszeit ist es sehr, sehr ruhig. Aber für uns war das perfekt da wir die Ruhe gesucht haben. Zum nächsten Supermarkt waren es ca. 6km mit dem Auto. Allgemein Zustand des Hauses war ok. Es ist leider auch "abgewohnt" und könnte eine Renovierung vertragen. Aber für uns hat es doch im grossen und ganzen gepasst. Was wir nicht auf dem Schirm hatten war das Heizen über die Klimaanlage. Der Boden war sehr kalt aber mit Hausschuhen war es nach einer Weile OK. Im großen und ganzen ein sehr schöner und ruhiger Urlaub den wir so gesucht und gefunden haben. Wir schon erwähnt wäre eine kleine Renovierung ganz schön und evtl. das umstellen der Heizung auf Fußbodenheizung aber das ist in Spanien sehr unüblich. Daher jammern auch hohem Niveau Wir kommen gerne wieder. Was noch hervorzuheben ist war der super Super Service. Selbst an den Feiertagen war immer jemand zu kontaktieren falls es Fragen oder Probleme gab. - gerne eine kleine Renovierung des Hauses Mit renovieren meine ich mal neue Bäder und Heizung im Bad (z.b. Infrarot) und moderne Einrichtung z.b. günstige, weiße Schränke von Ikea. Sonst war wirklich alles super. Die Lage ist perfekt.

Sehr schöne Anlage mit mehreren Häusern direkt am Strand

Wir haben das Haus für 4 Wochen gebucht. Einfach eine fantastische Lage, direkt am Strand mit traumhaftem Ausblick auf die Insel Illes Medes. Linda und Rody standen immer für Rückfragen zur Verfügung und haben alle Reklamationen schnell und zügig bearbeitet. Ein sehr hilfsbereites Team. Das Haus selbst bedarf jedoch auch einiger Erneuerungen (Sofa/Sessel). Fliegengitter im Schlafbereich wären auch sehr nützlich, da auch zu dieser Jahreszeit sehr viele Mücken dort waren. Es gibt wunderschöne Radwege und kleine Städte wie Begur und Pals. Ein Auto ist jedoch unbedingt erforderlich, da vor Ort der Supermarkt zu dieser Jahreszeit geschlosssen hat. Liebe Linda ,liebe Rody - herzlichen Dank für Ihre Hilfe - wir kommen sicherlich irgendwann wieder. Fliegengitter/Austausch der Sofas/Sessel.

Brilliant!

September 2022's holiday was our 13th visit to Mas Pinell and I think our 6th consecutive booking through Reservas Mas Pinell. The staff are very caring and if there is a problem (like a light bulb has gone), they are usually there the same day but certainly no later than the next day. However, it is very rare that there is a need to ask for help etc. The house is always spotless when we arrive and being so close to the beach is wonderful. The sound of the waves as you sit on the balcony in the evening is so special. Can we have instructions on how to get satellite TV in English please?

Top Urlaub

Eine wundervolle Unterkunft direkt am Strand mit nahezu perfekter Ausstattung. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Fliegengitter gegen Mücken wären wünschenswert und Ventilatoren für die zwei kleineren Schlafzimmer, da die Flur-Klimaanlage nicht gut bis in diese Schlafzimmer kühlt.

Great Holliday Home

This is about our 12th year of spending our main holiday at Mas Pinnel and probably our 4th year of booking through Reservas Mas Pinnel. Linda and her team are totally dedicated to ensuring you have a good holiday. If there are any tiny niggles, let them know and they are on it immediately. This year one of the three toilets stopped flushing. Within hours of reporting it, a very lovely man appeared and fixed the issue within minutes. Because of the location of the house and the fantastic service of Reservas, we keep returning and we booked next years 3 week stay before we left for home. Highly recommend, you wont be disappointed.

gracias por informar la recepcion y han podido poner las cosas que faltaba para que vuestra estancia ha recibido una buena nota. La limpieza pasa el aspirador y frega el suelo con productos según protocolo con vuestro bebe gateando por el suelo me puede imaginar que se mira todo con lupa, lastima que no estaba a vuestra expectativa. Esperamos que la proxima vez estará mejor!

Proximité piscine et plage, vue mer, jardin verdoyant, climatisation La fenêtre de la salle de bain est à changer, il manque des abat-jours dans la chambre parentale, plus d'assiettes plates et de couverts serait apprécié pour éviter de faire fonctionner le lave-vaisselle à chaque repas, les lits dans la chambre sans balcon sont à revoir (pieds fragiles + grincement sommier)

La casa en general, les vistes i la tranquil·litat de l'emplaçament. El personal es molt atent i en especial la Linda que ajuda en tot. Més estris a la cuina, cubells de reciclatge, una mosquitera al bany i pintar les parets.

Sehr gute Unterkunft in bester Lage!

Alles war super gut! In bester Lage zum Strand. Morgens den Sonnenaufgang über dem Mittelmehr vom Bett aus erleben. Besser geht es kaum. Der Baum in der Mitte des Gartens könnte ein wenig geschnitten werden.

So much to enjoy

The villa is on the beach. You can hear the waves lapping the sandy shore as you enjoy breakfast on the terrace. Go up to the first balcony before noon to enjoy the view of the Ned and get a safe tan in the late afternoon the balcony is a shady haven whilst sipping a beer and people watching.

Tolle Lage mit Blick direkt aufs Meer gute Wohn-Ausstattung, gute Betten, Garage als Stauraum und Waschmaschine sind sehr praktisch In der Küche hätten es mehr Küchenutensilien sein können um anständig für 5 Personen kochen zu können (zweite Schüssel, zweites Schneidebrett,...). Der Wäscheständer ist etwas defekt und müsste ersetzt werden
