This property is in a lovely wooded area. The lodge is clea and has wonderful amenities if you want to cook for yourselves. An easy trip into Fort William and close to Ben Nevis and the Caledonian Canal.
The location is beautiful and the place was clean. We were not aware of “self Catering” therefore were not prepared for there was nothing in the place unlike other VRBOs we have stayed in the past. There is a wonderful walk along the river. The location is a rive from town so getting supplies or going out to eat is a bit of a drive.
Great location to take day trips throughout the Highlands. Gorgeous views from the cabin! Cabin has everything we needed to enjoy our week in the Highlands. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies so all we needed to do was buy groceries. Highly recommended!
Great accommodation and in the perfect location. Clean, comfortable, spacious and well equipped. No kitchen basics as described in the information but we took our own anyway so didn’t inconvenience us. Highly recommend
We chose this location as a good spot from which to take day trips to a variety of places. There are no stores or restaurants in the immediate area, but the views are lovely and we enjoyed our stay very much. Kieran was always friendly and helpful.
The lodge was a perfect and peaceful location that was a short drive to all the action. A top-notch level of cleanliness, room for everybody, and all the tools and accommodations made the lodge an excellent stay for us.
I misunderstood from the description and thought a washer & dr
The lodge was clean and well maintained. Beautiful view! Only issue is that there is no condiments or anything - no salt/pepper/oil/sugar or paper towel in the kitchen. Also only one roll of toilet paper per bathroom for 4 people.
The location and lodge exceeded our expectations. The whole family enjoyed a relaxing and fun week. The location enabled us to visit several locations including glencoe and the Nevis range with ease. Would highly recommend. This peaceful place. The hosts are extremely friendly and accommodating. We will be back sometime in the not so distant future.
Clean. Liked location for walking (near the canal). Beds comfortable. Fine for traveling around. Views superb! WiFi minimal inside house. Had to go on front porch for decent reception. Good TV availability.
The cabin it self were clean and tidy and very well laid out. Would be helpful if more kitchen cleaning stuff would have been provided like disinfectant spray and kitchen towels. utensils were provided but missing things like cutlery etc. One other thing we missed was there was not well maintained pathways outside the cabins so we were not bale to take a walk around the whole premiss. it was all gravel which was very uneven.

Dated lodge with smelly carpet. No washing and drying facilities in the lodge, but at te reception. A lot of rain in this part of the country. Price to high for what you get.
Didn't have much trouble at all, either with finding the place or with the quality of it. The shower would be my only complaint; the drain didn't work well so the standing area could fill up if you took a long shower. The shower doors could easily pull shut but rested crooked so there was always a gap between the doors.
Beds were comfy and clean, the space overall was lovely, and the setting was gorgeous. We loved hanging out at the table on the deck with our breakfast, watching the occasional boat go by. All in all, very well worth it; would book again.
Property was as advertised, was found in a clean condition with all required facilities. Extra equipment for toddler was also in clean working order. Location was peaceful and found easily, roads in and out were a little narrow and it was a shame about the bad weather on our stay but this did not dampen our time there.
The lodge has enough room for 6 adults, the sight on the Caledonian Cannel, Ben Nevis, the sky in the direction of Fort William gives this location an added value.
The kitchen accessories however were a bit limited.
Lovely lodge for a family of 5, in a beautiful setting with glorious views of the Ben Nevis rangE
Great place far enough away from Fort William to feel peace and quite, but close enough to the town centre, Ben Nevis and all the outdoor actitives.
Lovely lodge that is well presented and has all the required amenities for a wonderful stay.
