Wading pool for children. + 10 children TV channels. Secluded location ideal for small children that need sleep during the day or early evening. The apartment consists of 3 double bedrooms, a living / dining room with open kitchen, 2 bath / shower room and separate toilet. All rooms have double-glazed glass with electric shutters. Sunny south-west facing private and secluded terrace with awnings. Secure parking. Permanent based gardener responsible for clean, well-kept and tidy residence with optimal hygiene conditions in pool, gardens and main areas. Brand new furnished and equipped throughout in a stylish contemporary setting, with a 40 '' Wide LCD Cable TV (+100 Digital Channels), WIFI Broadband and Telephone entry system.
